Discover your peaceful desert getaway in this modern, single-story home, a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. The open-plan great room features polished concrete floors, a large leather sectional sofa, and a dining table for six. A wood-paneled accent wall with a mounted TV and a cozy gas fireplace invites relaxation.

The modern kitchen boasts white cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, fully equipped for all culinary needs with a stainless steel gas stove, rice maker, and wine glasses. For families, a standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, and board games are provided.

This home offers three comfortable and well-furnished bedrooms, comfortably fitting 6 guests:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV with Netflix, dedicated work desk for remote workers
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV with Netflix

This property was in great proximity to U of AZ. We always look for gated properties and a garage and this had both. It was not only safe but nice to see saguro cactus and mounrain views out the back patio window. It was comfortable stay.

Diane was extremely responsive when we messaged her about us needing to have a U-Haul trailer in the driveway for a couple of days due to us moving our daughter to UofA. The home was super clean and the location was stunning. I would highly recommend this home to others and/or book this home for future visits.

House and neighborhood is beautiful. Perfect for our family (5 adults). Backyard is a hidden gem! It is a bit far from downtown but driving is required in Tucson anyway! Would stay again!

Excellent stay in Tucson

This place was perfect for our group of 4! We had quick access to Saguaro NP to see the trails. Also easy access to spots in town for food. The kitchen was well appointed for us to make breakfasts and hang out. Would stay again!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. We played a lot of golf and enjoyed the sun. Day trip to Tombstone was totally worth it. The hosts were very responsive as we had a few challenges which were addressed quickly.

Great house

One of the best rentals we've had and exactly as advertised. Clean and inviting spaces and the patio is a great outdoor space. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient to Saguaro NP as well as other recreation areas and local dining. Highly recommend for your Tucson stay.

My parents grew up in Tucson and my family and I were tired of renting houses for holidays and special events. We decided to buy a property so we could have a home base in Tucson. This house is minutes from several family members and is so close to downtown.

I am not in the area but can be reached by replying to messages or, in the case of an emergency, my phone number is in the digital guide book that will be emailed to you before check in. We hope you are comfortable in our home.
