Great owner, very helpful. Wonderful beds, complete kitchen setup, parking close to condo, close to Wal-mart for groceries. Shower handles could use a bit of TLC. Overall highly recommended

Calm and Clean

Great stay!!! PM was very responsive. Had the dust storm knock out power for one night. Little warm but we survied. Only 1 issue with complex not apt. Pool was dirty.

Nice place off the Las Vegas strip

Nice amenities off the strip with plenty of room for 2 couples. Easy access to the unit, free parking and excellent communication from the host.

Spring Break

The condo was clean and neat and had everything we could want. Being on a busy street even ear plugs were available. Pool and gym access was also included. We had a great trip.

Hiking get-a-way

Comfortable beds, great location for airport, groceries, Vegas strip, Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire State Park and Death Valley Natn’l Park. Kitchen well stocked with exception of cookware.

Excellent Rental

This was a perfect spot just off the strip in a good neighborhood. The rental is located near a busy street, so there is some road noise. Check in was smooth with great instructions. Would definitely rent again!

Good Clean place to stay

It was a nice clean condo we stayed in for almost two weeks, everything we needed was there and quiet area except for the road noise but that didn't bother us. The only thing was that the beds were very firm, if you are not a fan of that. Overall we had a good stay and easy to communicate with the host.

Vegas Bowling Trip

Every year we take a trip to bowl in a national tournament and this year it was in Vegas. Normally we stay in the host hotel, but this year we decided to stay at a VRBO. I found this very nice apartment and decided to give it a try. I could not have been happier. Immediately after booking I received an email from Allen thanking me for booking and said there would be instructions forth coming. True to his word, we received another email with directions, gate and door codes and he even included some videos on how to get from the gate to the parking spot and where to park. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Allen made sure we were able to get in without any issues and checked on us periodically. We did lounge by the pool a little and with wonderful. We did not utilize the gym but did walk through to view everything. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes of the location. The strip was a short 10-minute drive (barring traffic lights). Allen made sure our stay went flawlessly and highly recommend this location.

Great Location, great for two couples

Easy access to the Strip and highways. Beds were comfortable. There is quite a bit of road noise as it faces a major road. Easy check in and check out.

Weekend stay

We came to Las Vegas for the Rolling Stones concert at the Allegiant Stadium. We didn't want to be on the strip and so this was a great location with parking included and a comfortable, clean condo. Allen made sure we got in OK and even made a recommendation for dinner.

The Best

Our stay was amazing! And what made it extra comforting was the property manager. It was a quiet and beautiful area. Unit is upstairs so please give back the same quietness to others around you especially to the downstairs unit.

We had a wonderful time at this stay! It was conveniently located, was comfortable & clean and the host was very responsive. We liked all the little touches and the well stocked kitchen. We hope to stay here again!

We were looking for a comfortable place near the strip and this place fit the bill. Close to everything Vegas has to offer, but no need to mess with busy hotels and unnecessary resort fees. Clean and comfortable.

Comfy home!

My friend and I stayed here during our trip to Las Vegas and we were super comfortable in this home. Everything is exactly as advertised. The beds are extremely comfy and clean. That’s a big one for anyone is the cleanliness and i had not one complaint to that. Definitely recommend it for future stays.

Felt at home!

I can’t emphasize how much the owners tried to make their guests feel at home and comfortable with the decor and the layout. We walked in and there was soothing music already playing, the best part it was clean! The communication process with the owner was incredible most don’t want you to have accessibility to them through text and I appreciate Allen for being so thorough on how to get to the place, instructions and directions. I’ve booked many VRBOs and I felt at home with this place. So thank you so much!

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed vacationing at this condo. Our reason for travel was to visit the Grand Canyon, Zion national park, and Vegas. The condo was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with items above our expectations having used VRBO properties before: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, coffee filters, dishwasher and laundry detergent. The beds were very comfortable. Owner was prompt in answering any questions. If you are visiting this area, do yourself a favor and visit Red Rock Canyon just around the corner.
