This condo was professional redesigned with upscale features including granite countertops and a modern walk-in shower. Flat screen TVs are located throughout the unit for your entertainment, beautiful floors, and comfortable beds.
Minimum guest age is 25 - Primary booking guest must be 25 years old and staying on property.
Secured building - guests not on the reservation will not be allowed in the building.

The condo was cute and comfortable. The view was amazing! Ocean views from both bedrooms and the living area! It had relatively easy access to the beach. Lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment within walking distance. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Our disappointments were small, but we had a party of 6 and they only provided you with 4 towels. It didn’t affect us because we had brought extra beach towels. The other con was I don’t know if it was internet or not but you couldn’t watch tv for more than an hour then the tv would start buffering and then go off. We were trying to watch the World Cup and couldn’t finish any of the games. Once again not a big deal because we didn’t come to the beach to watch tv.

Perfect family getaway

The unit was perfect for our family of 4. I was able to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner and within walking distance of ice cream shops and restaurants. The beach was easy to access and my 2 and 4 year olds loved the indoor pool and playground that was on the beach.

This property has a parking garage; however, others parked in our spot and it caused such chaos. There was only 1 elevator working for the entire time we were there. We waited 45 minutes before going to the front desk for assistance to check out. There was simply no elevator that we could fit on because the entire building was leaving at the same time. Once in the elevator, it continued to stop on floors and 3 people FORCED their way onto the full elevator and knocked over a lady. This lady got on the elevator with a backpack chair while it was completely full with 3 people and 2 carts. The unit was nice; however, the hallways are very outdated and need upkeep. There was only one way out and it was a rear exit even though we faced the beach. You could not simply walk out to the beach from the front of the building. The front desk people were semi-helpful and most had a horrible attitude. Again, the unit itself was updated; however, they had shop rags from walmart as kitchen towels. There is no washer/dryer in this unit. The parking garage is very, very low and my suv barely fit without scraping. There was no way it would have made it past the first floor without the roof coming off. The ocean view was amazing and the nearby restaurants were great.

Great Location

Location was the best. We were fishing out of Rudee Inlet & could walk to our boat. Mishap with sliding door blinds, front desk said they would take care of it. I didn’t throw a fit, stuff happens. Very nice condo.

We enjoyed our time in this condominium. If everything was working I would give 5 stars. You will have a great time. However, if something is not quite working, it is quite difficult to get things fixed. We had a toilet that would not flush and it was not fixed during our 4 night stay. Luckily there were 2 toilets or we would have been out of luck.

Long weekend

We stayed in condo 505. It was perfect for the 2 of us. We didn't use the 2nd bedroom or bathroom but they looked nice and clean and functional. We liked the master bathroom and the shower. The bed was very comfortable and didn't squeak while moving around. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of equipment to make your own meals. The tvs worked fine. We didn't use the WiFi. The condo itself was clean and perfect!I'd say the only negatives we encountered were checking in and the gate code for the parking garage only worked 1 day. We had to get another code. When we checked in at 4 there wasn't anyone around. There were buckets catching water from the ceiling. Looked to be a plumbing issue. Unfortunately it was just inside at the front door. We were wondering around for a bit. Then an older gentleman arrived who worked there. He said he wasn't supposed to work that day. He got us checked in fast. I can't remember his name. Thank you to that man! He did a great job, he even helped us again later on in our stay. There was a monster truck show all weekend right outside the condo that we were unaware of but we got through it. It was very noisy. This event wasn't associated with Dolphin Run. We would stay in this unit again.
