Cozy centrally located two-bedroom home. Pet friendly!

Alaskan Pipeline place is a cozy two-bedroom home with a piece of Alaskan history in the center! Centrally located very close to downtown Fairbanks and all the major amenities to offer!

The Pipeline set in the center of the home was originally a fireplace/pizza oven! However, due to insurance complaints we cannot have guests use the fireplace or pizza oven. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This space is equipped with everything guests will need for cooking and grilling, bathing, lounging with smart TVs, and king size bed in the rooms.

The home was clean, well decorated and furnished, and in a great location - close to downtown and the university. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with extras such as snack and toiletries which was a nice surprise when arriving late after traveling all day. Elizabeth was great answering questions we had and responding quickly. We would stay at the home anytime again.

Convenient and clean

Visited for a week, house is well stocked with essentials and very clean. Conveniently located for anything in Fairbanks, and easy to get to Parks highway to Denali NP. Even had bear spray! Would book again w/ no hesitation!

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our week long stay at the Pipeline Place. Elizabeth has great communication! Convenient location. The house is lovely and comfortable. My husband loved the reclining sofa, he would rate it 10 stars for that.

Centrally Located for all activities

Older duplex home but recently updated nicely. Just wish they had w/d available on site. But laundromat was not too far away.

Lovely!

This was a great place to stay. The neighborhood was quiet. It isn't far from the passenger train depot and was an easy drive from the airport. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen has anything one would need to prepare a meal. Two off street parking spaces with easy access to the entry. While outside one afternoon, I briefly spoke to a neighbor who was a very nice, polite young man. I have already told several friends who plan to visit Fairbanks about this place!

It seems its a newly renovated property, which gives their guest to enjoy brand new full furnished 2 bedroom property. This house was simply great in all aspect which I can think off. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are loaded with respective items. Nice family room ro sit, talk, play board games and watch TV. This place is centrally located which helps in navigating the town very easily. In all this place was simply amazing. Host was very good. Thanks.

Spotless except Kitchen

Living area, bedrooms, and bathroom were absolutely spotless. Furniture was very comfortable. But while in kitchen looking for the garbage upon finding it and seeing how filthy dirty inside the cabinet was, was a turn off. If the kitchen was clean this could be a five star. We had hoped for the best since we have a 1 month trip planned for 2024 and need lodging.

Universal Proximity

The house itself and the furnishings are as shown on the website. There is no accounting for neighbors and the owner did not by just not taking pictures of the outside! When you arrive the house stands out because it is next door to a home where fixing cars, motorcycles or normal life junk is thrown in the yard. We focused on the place where we stayed and the location. It was easy to navigate Fairbanks from here. Our highlight was its proximity to the University of Alaska; literally across the Main Street University Ave! It’s also close to main line grocery and home improvement centers and Walmart! Unlike some locations, this property is a business and actually had the license posted on the property. This gave us a great feeling that the owner cared about providing a safe space and a clean place for us! Thank you for your hospitality♥️

This is a delightful, well-appointed, little cottage in a nice neighborhood that's close to everything we needed. The host was clear in all communications and very responsive. It was clean, well-maintained and the amenities were very thoughtful and welcome. We had our small Labrador Lily and it all worked perfectly--there was even a tie-down in the yard for her. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, and I think the cost was well worth every penny.

Great three night stay in Fairbanks!

This was my first time using a short-term rental as we always stay in hotels, but I am glad we did! Elizabeth was very communicative and responsive to our needs. The house was absolutely immaculate upon our arrival and included everything we needed, plus a few extras we weren't expecting (K-cups, a few snacks, etc.). There is shampoo and body wash available but bring your own if you have a preference to a specific brand. There are new windows, room darkening blinds/curtains, fans, and a portable A/C unit, all of which were helpful during our summer solstice stay.
