This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is conveniently located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Relax and unwind with breathtaking beach and ocean views from your private balcony, living room and master bedroom! Large enough for 10 guests or two families, the Boardwalk 887 is perfect for your next family vacation.

Just steps from the beach, everything about this condo has been designed to provide an exceptional vacation experience. Tastefully decorated, extra clean, well-equipped and spacious- you will find this unit tailor-made for creating memories that will last a lifetime! Everything combined, there are many repeat guests that choose to stay year after year. After spending vacation time here, it is my goal that you feel the same!

For those that love to stay in and cook, the freshly updated kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you’ll need. Boasting large granite countertops with a great deal of space, stainless steel appliances, a large side-by-side refrigerator, and plenty of cabinet space- the kitchen area has all you need and more.

Each of the 3 bedrooms is large sized with plenty of room for storage and guests.

-The master bedroom is both private and comfortable. Equipped with a large, cozy, king-sized bed, wall-mounted television, amazing view of the Gulf, as well as a door opening up to your private balcony. Inside the master bathroom, you will love the ceramic tile shower with its glass doors.
-Bedroom 2 also provides a comfortable king-sized bed, wall-mounted television, and large closet.
-Bedroom 3 offers a queen-sized bed, wall-mounted television, and closet as well.
-The living area includes an oversized couch that easily converts into a large-sized bed.
-The shared bathroom is full-sized and offers a tub/shower combo with sliding glass doors.

The Boardwalk is a 70 unit complex, located within walking distance of attractions, shopping, entertainment, and dining. The famous Sea n’ Suds restaurant, a Gulf Shores staple, is right next door. We enjoyed our beach front stay. It was relaxing and Steven stayed in touch with me the whole time. This condo is located close to shops and restaurants, and it did not take long to get an elevator up or down, which was nice. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable.

The condo is tastefully decorated and was comfortable. It is very spacious, having three bedrooms instead of the standard two. The host was very friendly and communicated often. The area was very convenient with lots to do within walking distance. It was a short walk to the beach and not too crowded.

Vacation stay for hangout fest

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Beautiful property had no issues or complaints about anything. Location was perfect with an awesome view of the beach. With a bar and restaurant located between the condo and beach. We have stayed in many nice places over the last few years and this one by far was the best all the way around. Thank you for opening your condo to us. We will 100% be looking for this place to be open on our next stay.

Location was amazing with several places to shop, eat and get snacks within walking distance. We were only about 8-10 minutes to other eating and shopping locations. After many years of vacationing in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area, I decided it was time to purchase a few investment properties in the area. When opportunity allows, I love spending time in either of my two condos. This is especially true when my kids and their families join in on these trips!

I currently reside in Cullman, Alabama, and plan to spend a great deal of time on the Gulf Coast after retirement. It is my absolute favorite place and my condo investment has proven very worthwhile.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with this Boardwalk unit, as well as the surrounding area, as it is a Gulf-front, low-density complex. Conveniently located in downtown Gulf Shores, Boardwalk 887 is a newly renovated, recently updated, and tastefully decorated unit. The condo is only a short walk to both restaurants and shopping. If you are a Sea n' Suds fan, it is located right next door.

It is my goal to provide families with an amazing vacation experience, filled with memories that last a lifetime. If a beach vacation in a lower-density complex is your idea of perfect, you will love it here! Many families choose to stay in this unit from year to year. After experiencing it for yourself, it is my hope that you will choose to stay for years to come!

What makes this property unique

Located within walking distance of attractions, dining, and shopping- the Boardwalk still provides a less populated beach for guests. It is perfect for families! After a day spent soaking up the sun on the beautiful white sand beach, my favorite place to eat, Sea n' Suds, is only steps away. While staying in Boardwalk 887, you can enjoy all the Gulf Coast has to offer!
