One of the most desirable properties nestled into Camelback Mountain, this completely renovated, stunning, three floor townhouse is a true Ski In/Ski Out gem. Gearing up for a great Winter. Come stay with us.

MAIN FLOOR has full kitchen with kitchen table and chairs, living room with TV, gas fireplace, ample cozy sofa and chairs, dining room with large table and seating for 8+, coat/ski equipment closet, and a half bathroom. 3rd FLOOR BEDROOM has King bed, closet, and full bathroom with shower.

LOWER LEVEL-Bedroom #1- King bed with
closet, dresser. -Bedroom #2-Queen bed with single over full bunkbeds. Closet and dresser, flat screen TV. Shared full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Laundry closet with washer and dryer. Computer/printer room.

OUTSIDE- Oversized wrap-around balcony deck with cooking grill and ample seating, overlooking trees and mountain. The front porch is a cozy setting with Adirondack chairs. Excellent WiFi and Roku TVs. All beds are either new or new plush toppers.

Located in a gated community, you can enjoy the use of the clubhouse's heated pool, sauna, hot tub, gym, and spotless locker rooms. Indoor outdoor tennis courts.

Conveniently, there are two dedicated parking spots in front of the house and plenty of extra parking in the guest lot, if needed.
We've stocked the house for your stay with all the essentials we think you would need such as soft towels and linens, shampoo and conditioner, blowdryer, laundry detergents, full kitchen and, of course, coffee😊

A perfect getaway for all seasons with its waterpark in Summer, skiing in Winter, hiking in Fall, and golf and biking in the Spring. We look forward to making your stay perfect and filled with wonderful memories. Welcome.

The place was perfect . Close to slopes host were great .And when we arrived and had the American flag out front welcoming us felt good and knew we were in good hands of the host . The pet friendly was a plus and saved us from putting are love pets in kennel

Fantastic stay

The house is clean and cared for and convenient to great hiking and waterparks. We had a great stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. The hosts were gracious and quick to respond to any questions.

-My family and I are avid skiers and have stayed at many ski houses and resorts in the USA. We rented a townhouse at the Village at Camelback one winter and fell in love with everything about it. Then we came back in the summer to the Camelback Waterpark and decided to buy our own home here because we could not stay away from this magical place. I love the convenience to my home in NJ and the beautiful drive. I love the charm of the shops and the fun restaurants. I love reading a book by the fireplace and having cocktails on the back deck. I love waking up early in this cozy house, making coffee, putting on my ski boots and walking to the slopes. I think it is perfection. And I'm sure you will love it as much as I do! -Meredith

-I enjoy the entrepreneurial side of managing a rental property. Especially one that is in such a great spot. I own a business and understand the importance of making the customer happy and anticipating their needs. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions, to discuss the property or to find the best golfing in the area, as that is one of my favorite activities here!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

What makes this property a standout amongst others is: 1)it is approximately 79 steps from front door to the slopes with true Ski In/Ski Out access. 2) it has been completely renovated, decorated and updated, new gas converted fireplace, heat and AC. 3)the front door it is at street level (unlike many of the properties here where there are many steps to climb with luggage, ski equipment, groceries) 4)Two dedicated parking spots conveniently located in front of house 5)biggest wrap-around deck because we are a fabulous end unit townhouse 😊

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

-Location, location, location in a secure, gated community with club house heated pool, sauna, hot tub, gym and locker rooms.
-The numerous restaurants are uniquely special; you will easily find restaurants for every mood and occasion whether it be romantic, festive, social, low key, fancy or down-right fun!
-The back deck is a favorite spot as it makes us feel we are in a treehouse, high among the treetops. It is a stunning view and is a private spot we adore.
