Couldn't ask for anything better

This place was great. Well stocked, nice decoration, perfect location, quiet, it was absolutely perfect for my needs. The owner was great, had to extend my stay and he was very accommodating. Can't say enough good things about the experience here. Recommend to anyone.

Perfect location in quiet neighborhood

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in this home for a week in April 2015 and could not have asked for a better location. The home was clean, well-stocked, and the photos are accurate. The off-street parking was convenient, it was close to restaurants (check out the Cup at Hotel Congress) and grocery stores, and it was quiet in the evening, safe, and private. The owner lives off-site but was accessible and responded quickly to questions. We would stay here again.

Great, convenient home!

  • 5 of 5

This home was just perfect for my husband and I to enjoy Tucson and the surrounding area over Thanksgiving weekend. It had everything we needed and was conveniently located. We spent our days outdoors at Mt. Lemmon rock climbing and then explored the restaurants on 4th Ave at night. We definitely plan to stay here again next year! Definitely check out the Cup at Hotel Congress for breakfast! If you're into novelty art, check out the nearby Diamondback Bike And Pedestrian Bridge.

Cute Home in Great Location

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at this home over parents weekend at UA. It was the perfect location - we could walk everywhere - minutes to 4th Avenue and downtown Tucson and a quick walk to University/Campus and the football stadium. It was very cute and remodeled, off street parking, fully equipped kitchen, bath, and W/D on site. Will stay here again!

Lovely!

  • 4 of 5

This cute house is very comfortable (well, the second bed/sofa in the sun room could definitely have been more comfy, but, aside from that....) and the fenced yard was perfect for my dogs. We liked the neighborhood and the fact that we were within easy walking distance of many great areas.

Perfect location for a week of mountain biking

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for a week of mountain biking in warm sunny Tucson over Christmas. We chose the house for the central location, pets considered and wifi. On the non-holidays I was able to comfortably work at the desk on the sun porch utilizing the good wifi available. The dog enjoyed being able to wander in and out to enjoy the sun in the fenced back yard while I was working. The location is easy access to the mountain biking at Sweetwater, Starr Pass, AZ Trail and Fantasy Island. Having the fully equipped kitchen was essential since we cooked in most of the meals. The only issue we had was the knives are in desperate need of sharpening or replacement. We actually went and bought a knife. If you are a vegetarian or vegan we would recommend La Cocina, The Tasteful Kitchen (both about 1 mile away and safe walking) or Lovin Spoonfuls (need a car) in addition to the much raved about B Line. Magpies even offers a vegan cheese on a pizza or calzone. We were pleased with our stay at the house and would definitely recommend staying here to friends.

Owner's Response: Thank you for staying and giving recommendations for trails and restaurants. Thanks for the tip on the knives. I did't know that and have replaced them! Come again.
