Built in 2022, this lovely one level, beach side retreat is stunning with its high end finishes and perfect floor plan. The vaulted ceilings in the great room allows lovely light for that airy beachside feel. This condo's open concept allows for great entertaining in the culinary dream kitchen with high end appliances, quartz countertops and solid wood cabinets. This condo is complete with 2 King Master suites, with 2 full bathrooms, 3 large smart tv's, washer and dryer and wifi. The best feature of all is that you are only steps to the beach, in one direction, and across the street from Historic Corolla Park with the Currituck beach Lighthouse, and the most beautiful sunsets in the Outer Banks. Location, location, location, everything you need for your amazing vacation is within a 3 mile radius. Shops, Restaurants and activities galore. We hope to see you soon!
*This is a BRAND NEW home in a BRAND NEW community. All like models in the same phase (phase 1) will be completed by the time of your stay. There will still be construction but it should not interfere with your ability to access the beach or any of the other amenities Corolla has to offer.

This was a perfect beach condo for a calm and relaxing getaway! The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The family room was comfortable and spacious. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms provided ample space for all of us to rest after full days out at the beach and exploring Corolla. Tim was very prompt with message responses. I would highly recommend this condo and we have rented in Corolla Duck and Nags Head for 20 years.

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. It was a great location to the beach and had a pool onsite. There was also a delicious little Mexican beach bar right next to the complex. Everything was walking distance and convenient. The condo itself was very clean and we were provided with all the necessities and then some. The hosts even provided my family with new beach and pool toys for the kids. The shower and hose on the outside of the condo was also a life saver for washing the sand off everyday. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay!

The place was exactly as advertised! Comfortable and clean! 150 steps away from the best margarita and food spot in the area! (I counted) and not far from the beach (easily walkable) also walkable to the lighthouse.

This place was awesome and perfect for smaller groups. The house was very clean, had spacious rooms, and the living room/kitchen area were great hangout spots. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need from kitchen supplies, a grill, games, books, towels, streaming services, and stuff for the beach. The beach wagon was especially handy for bringing things to and from the shore. The only thing I would suggest packing are extra trash bags, paper towels, and laundry detergent. Even better, the house was in walking distance to almost everything (tourist attractions, bars, restaurants, shopping, etc). If you couldn’t walk, places like the grocery store were only a short 5-7 min drive.Last but not least, Tim was an excellent, responsive host! Loved the reasonable pricing and would definitely come back again!
