DOOR ACCESS:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. Guests are required to sign the renter agreement to receive the door code. You will get a personalized door code 3 days prior to check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys. Enjoy the entire place to yourself.

OCCUPANCY:
Home sleeps up to 4 in beds. There is a strict 6 persons HOA maximum. Please do not utilize the couch as a bed. Note: If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave immediately. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy can result in many issues, including a fine from local authorities for not adhering to fire safety.

We loved staying here. It was clean and decorated so cute. Close to the beach and eating places. The golf cart was an added bonus! We will definitely stay here again.

This condo was absolutely wonderful! It was spotless and well taken care of. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms are a great size. It was an easy 2 minute walk to the beach, but the golf cart that was included was perfect! We had a great trip and left wishing that we lived there. Thank you for being a great host!

Location was perfect! Nicole, our host, responded quickly to any needs we had. The following cart for us to use was a huge bonus. The condo completely met what we were looking for in our stay.

Right next to a main busy road. Though it seemed to be better after a number of days. Grow use to it . Another thing would’ve been nice… a few accommodations in the kitchen beyond just the dishes and pots and pans for a weeks stay. We had one garbage bag , Three coffee pots.. overall everything was nice and clean comfortable.

Being so close to the beach is a big plus for many guests, though it does also mean proximity to the main road, which can be noticeable at times. Regarding the kitchen, we provide what many guests consider a fully stocked setup, and we consistently receive great feedback in that area. We also include a starter pack of essentials so guests can get settled without needing to immediately shop. That said, we appreciate your comments and would genuinely welcome any specific suggestions on what additional items you feel would have improved your stay—this kind of feedback helps us continue to refine the experience. This place is fantastic. The home was very clean and had all the amenities that were needed. The beds are super comfortable. The location is about 100 yards from the beach and we enjoyed walks every night. Also, the pool is great and also steps from the back porch. Mexico beach is a very quiet area which we thoroughly enjoyed. The beach was NEVER crowded, this including the Memorial Day weekend. Check in/check out was great and the host texted us mid stay to see how things were going. Overall amazing time, minus the weather. There are only a handful of restaurants close by and food trucks are the main thoroughfare. You will have to travel to port st joes for better options (groceries). We had a great time and will definitely be back. Would definitely recommend this location for anyone who enjoys quiet time and the no rush to get to the beach for a spot. Thanks again!!!
