This is the perfect place to create lasting memories with family and friends! The home features a large open concept kitchen, dining, and living room area which opens up to large side porch and large grass yard with picnic table. There are three cozy bedrooms at the back of the house. Enjoy a wide-open stretch of sand and sea just a two-minute walk from the front door.

Take in the sights at the boardwalk a few blocks over, great for exercising, taking in the views, or enjoying the infamous local ice cream shop. At night indulge in delicious restaurants and a bustling bar scene or take some time to relax back in your fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living area. If you are a visitor in the area, hop on the LIRR for 45-minute train ride directly into the heart of NYC.

This is the upstairs unit in a two family home. The downstairs unit is entirely separate from this one.

I am sorry to hear about this inconvenience. The location is very popular, so parking is a common difficulty in the area. In the future, we plan to increase guest access to the property driveway when possible.

Beachy Clean!

Super Host! The place was clean, organized & had everything you could need for the perfect beach vacay, umbrella, backpack chairs, toys, even a cooler! Nice, safe, quiet neighborhood! A block from the beach & 2 long blocks west to the boardwalk!! Our teens took surfing lessons & we all had a funtastic time🤩

Our trip was Fantastic!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟6/5 rating! The weather was God sent, beautiful -Daily we enjoyed the beach, only a short block walk. The apartment was updated with newly furnishing, very clean & great location with ALL the amenities & conveniences needed for a wonderful family vacation. The hosts couldn’t be anymore accommodating & hospitable - genuine kindness was shown. They were assessable but respectful of our privacy. We felt like we were treated as family!! They went over and beyond on many occasions. That is why we gave them 6/5 🌟. I would recommend this apartment to ALL. And we can’t wait to plan our next return trip!!💗
