â ïž Important notice: From January 7th and for approximately six weeks, work will be taking place near Pool in tower 3000. The pool will remain open; however, some noise and dust may be present MondayâFriday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. All other four pools in the complex will remain fully open.
This premier Beachfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on one of the top floors of the Grand Venetian, a standout beachfront property in Puerto Vallarta's Hotel Zone. The condo's top features include over 700 sq. ft. of outdoor space on two separate balconies, (Mountain and Ocean) stunning views of Banderas Bay, an office space, tasteful artwork and decorations, comfortable furniture, 3 smart TVs, air conditioning, purified drinking water, beach chairs and umbrella, laptop safes, BBQ and access to the beach, gym, tennis court, and infinity edge pools (5 pools in total).
NOTE: There is a beach club nearby that plays music on the weekends from 1-9pm.
This large fully equipped 2 bedroom condo is on the 26th floor offering breathtaking ocean front views as well as majestic views of the Puerto Vallarta Mountains.
Be one of the first to stay here! This condo has been newly renovated (April 2022) and all the furniture is brand new.
Both bedrooms share an oversized balcony that includes a BBQ, dining table, and lounge chairs to enjoy the breeze and panoramic city/mountain views.
The master bedroom itself is worth the visit. It features a comfortable king-size bed, a 52" smart TV, an en-suite bathroom, and a dedicated work/office space for those that
need to stay connected, while being both comfortable and private.
The guest bedroom has an additional king-size bed and a 40" smart TV. Another fullbathroom is located right outside of the bedroom.
The kitchen is loaded with all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils needed to cook a four-course meal or snack for friends and family. In addition, a blender, coffee maker,
microwave, toaster, full sized fridge with ice maker and water dispenser as well as dishwasher are at your service. There is plenty of indoor seating to enjoy your meals and tropical drinks amongst the kitchen bar or the dining table area which seats up to 4 people.
The living area features a large sectional couch, cozy chairs and a 65"Smart TV for entertainment purposes. Netflix and Youtube come preloaded for your enjoyment on all
TVs in the condo.
The kitchen, dining and living room area leads onto a spacious ocean front balcony featuring more dining space, lounge chairs and a comfy day bed to enjoy the stunning sunsets!
Other Things to Note
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- No outside visitors are allowed.
- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
- Lost wristbands and gym access cards each incur a replacement fee of $100 USD per item or $2,000 pesos.
- One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Like many coastal areas in Puerto Vallarta, the nearby rivers and beaches are natural habitats for wildlife, including the occasional crocodile. Sightings are uncommon but possible, especially in the rainy season. We recommend keeping a safe distance from wildlife and avoiding swimming near river mouths.
Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Saturday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them.
