Well sought after, this Hotel Zone corner condo rests atop the 21st floor of the center tower in 3,600 square feet. This condo has been modified from 5 bedrooms to an elegantly designed and spacious 3 master bedroom and 1 extra bedroom. Each master bedroom has its own private balcony, full bathroom, and flat screen TV. Small bedroom #4 (maid's room) has a single bed and its own private bath and it is located next to the laundry area. There is also a guest bathroom with a shower. Glass doors and windows stretch from ceiling to floor giving unobstructed views of stunning beaches, ocean front, city and the Sierra Madre Mountains. The magnificent wrap-around balcony is the perfect place to relax with a book while listening to the waves of the ocean, whale watching (seasonal) and experiencing tranquil sunsets. With 2 mountain and oceanfront living rooms you wont run out of space in this comfortable condo. At night view the picturesque lights from the city while enjoying the Jacuzzi or catch the fireworks (seasonal) and star-filled sky. From a fully stocked kitchen, linen closet, and maid service, your needs will be minimal.

Located between the Marina and downtown Puerto Vallarta this location can‘t be beat. Not only is it less than 10 minutes from the airport, numerous events and interesting attractions are at your fingertips within minutes. Fabulous shopping, fine dining, ice cream shops, museums, art galleries, architecture, quaint neighborhood shops, theaters, the Peninsula Plaza, Zona Romantic, Malecon Boardwalk, Liverpool Mall, casino, bars, supermarkets and more are just 5-15 minutes away.

If you choose to bring or rent a car, underground garage parking is available. Public transportation (buses) is available for approximately 50 cents and picks you up in front of the complex. Taxi's are inexpensive and easily accessed right at the lobby. Additional services are available with the manager and security services.

The Grand Venetian is the type of place that you could find yourself not wanting to leave. Wait staff will serve you cocktails and snacks at one of the 4 exquisite zero gravity infinity pools, the children’s pool, hot tubs, lounge chairs, and chaise beds.

Marc’s VRBO was even better than the description and the pictures that were listed!! The place was beautiful! Puerto Vallarta a great place and this accommodations makes it perfect.

Our visit to PV and our stay at the Grand Venetian in this unit was wonderful. We had six adults staying together for two weeks and never felt like we were in each other’s way. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the common gathering areas spacious and comfy. Our favourite location of course was the balcony. The view was second to none, no matter what time of day. Marc was great to deal with and his property manager Nestor was very responsive to any needs or questions we had. Puerto Vallarta is a great place to visit and this accommodation makes it perfect in ever way.

This property was listed as a 4 bedroom but I did not find out until 5 days before my trip, that it is a 3 bedroom with a small maids quarter. The maids quarters is terrible ,and since there were 7 guests,one person slept on the couch. This property is a 3 bedroom with sofas to sleep on.

Be aware of loud music Friday - Sunday

The apartment, property, location, and communication were all 5 star! I'm rating it lower due to the loud music blasted from a nearby club that funneled up to the apartment from 1-9pm Friday - Sunday. During those days and times we were unable peacefully relax or eat on the deck and the noise could not be blocked from the bedrooms or living/dining rooms. It was difficult to get our grandkids to sleep. The property manager said there is a pending lawsuit due to the noise.

All the comforts of home, plus stellar views!

This condo is perfect for a large group. There were 8 people in our party and there was plenty of space for everyone. The views are unparalleled, the breeze coming in kept the unit nice and cool in the summer, and the large balcony was the perfect setting for our sunset dinners outside. Having a fully equipped kitchen, and 5 FULL bathrooms was awesome. Really, could not have asked for a better place to call home for the week. Nestor and Crisol, the property managers, were wonderful. We had a couple of minor issues in two of the bathrooms and they sent someone out the very next morning to take care of it. They were both super responsive and willing to accommodate us in any way possible. Bus/taxi/uber rides into downtown PVR were cheap and convenient.

Stunning!!

Marc is kind, responsive, and can be trusted. his place is stunning. The views! Wow. Wrap around balcony views of the ocean. It’s an elevator down and 50 steps to the various pools and hot tubs, and just past that is the beach… with massages for $45 if you want, right there! Parasailing too, and a few restaurants on site. Food and drink service at pools and rooms was good, I recommend the strawberry smoothie!. The kitchen is well stocked (coffee maker too) and everything works and is clean/cared for. We had our 4 kids (ages 9-18) - there was something for everyone. The place is literally adjacent to the isla mall, with a Starbucks, delicious ice cream and all the stores for any shopping you want to do. Uber picks up and drops off right at base of building. Marcs place is very central, and very safe. Very friendly staff. We enjoyed so much our 9 days at his place in PV! Highly recommend.

First family vacation in Mexico

Our PV vacation in early March was absolutely perfect! This corner condo was fantastic for our family of 6. Each bedroom had balcony access with floor to ceiling glass doors. We could look towards the ocean or look over the town. We saw some cruise liners coming in to port along with other impressive ships/boats. We watched dolphins swim with some kyakers in front of our condo. So cool! My first impression of the condo, as the planner of a vacation I wanted to be memorable for the family, was calming. Immediately, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The lobby was beautiful. Our building manager showed us to our condo and we were blown away... literally! He had the balcony doors open and the ocean breeze was there to take our stress away from navigating through airport customs, steering ourselves away from the time share salesmen, and finding ubers to bring all 6 of us plus luggage to our destination. The bedrooms/baths were comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped. Beach towels were provided. The location was great! Walking distance to grocery stores, an outlet mall next door, restaurants, Starbucks closeby, and a walking trail. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The people we talked to by the pool are full of tips and we are thankful for them! Marc is a great host! He made sure our questions were answered quickly and was very pleasant to visit with. I would recommend this condo to everyone! We'll be back! Thank you, Marc & Nazy!

March Break 2022

Our family of 4 visited Puerto Vallarta for March Break 2022. Our 2 daughters 13 & 16 had a great stay. The accommodation is a spacious, extremely well decorated condo with all the amenities. Morning walks to the nearby grocery store to purchase fresh fruit and baked goods for breakfast. Evening dining at nearby restaurants or a short taxi ($5) ride to Centro Vallarta for a walk around and dinner. The staff at the condo complex were helpful and courteous. Various pools on site and direct beach front. Evening sunsets from the balcony were amazing. The on site restaurant has an extensive breakfast and lunch menu with reasonable prices as well as offering poolside service for both food and beverages. A quiet and relaxing atmosphere surrounds the condo complex. We would highly recommend Marc's place and look forward to returning for another stay. Thanks Marc for sharing your Puerto Vallarta home with us.

Spectacular view and excellent condo

I have been going to Puerto Vallarta for the past ten years and this condo has the very best view of the entire bay and all the activities on the beach and on the water! The condo is spacious enough for six people very comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 4 baths, plus a nanny’s room and bath. Marc who owns the property is excellent to work with, and Nestor, his on sight manager is readily available for help. Highly recommended! Enjoy!

Grand Venetian is the best!

My first visit to Puerto Vallarta. Choosing the Grand Venetian was the reason my vacation was the best vacation ever. The location could not have been better. Loved the pools and the poolside service from the bar and café. Everything from check-in to check-out went smooth without any glitches. I will return again and again.

The condo itself was very spacious and breezy with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms! It has a full kitchen and close to grocery store so you can keep food and snacks. Beautiful views - especially great for watching the sunset!! Has pool and beach access with lots of activity on the beach including jet skiing and paddle boarding. Also there is a great restaurant on site with good drinks and food. We already wish we could go back!!

Stayed here with a group of 8--we had an amazing week. The space is lovely, open and spacious. Beds were comfortable, and we loved using the pools/beach. Lots of things in walking distance and a quick and easy cab ride into town for more options. We want to go back!

Loved staying here! The view is breathtaking and I loved listening to the ocean all night. We kept all the glass sliding doors open the whole time for a perfect ocean breeze. The rooms are comfortable and all have large windows as well with 2 going to the balcony. Kitchen has everything you need to cook with but food in town is great.

Absolutely gorgeous spacious condo and very well located

We stayed at Marc's condo this month for 7 nights with friends (4 adults and 3 kids) and had a great time. Marc was great to work with. Very responsive and accommodating. The condo is very well located right on the beach with infinity pools and a great restaurant on site. Since these are privately owned condos, you don't have to deal with the all-inclusive clientele/scene here (like you would for example at The Vedanta properties). The condo is walking distance to the new mall which has a Starbucks, and also a very quick taxi ride to the center of town or grocery stores and other amenities. Highlights of our stay were views from the condo of the ocean! We spent a lot of time on the large veranda facing the ocean. The master bedroom has exquisite views as well and the kids bedroom has great views of the city. We enjoyed relaxing under a palapa on the beach and at the several pools on the property. We also enjoyed the restaurant a few times. Some suggested improvements: provide proper beach towels for guests to use, the sliding doors should lock (some do, most don't), working oven (oven was not operational when we stayed). These are just minor points though. Overall a great condo and property. We will stay here again and will recommend to friends! Thanks Marc.

Perfect place to stay in Puero Vallarta

I had been to Puerto Vallarta several times before, but staying in this amazing property was an experience I will not forget. A beautiful condo right on the beach and close to shops & dinning. We were six ladies staying in this spacious condo, days by the pools, dusk viewing the sunset from our large balcony, and evenings spending time together talking or watching TV in the large and beautifully decorated living room was wonderful. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Mexico.

Amazing property!!

This was an amazing property that was perfect for our vacation. The spacious layout and comfortable setting allowed us to really relax and enjoy ourselves. We had a great time sitting by the beautiful pool during the day and enjoying many great restaurants downtown in the evening, which is just a quick cab. This condo really made for a special trip. Definitely a great fit for any large group or family

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Center tower is directly on the beach. The other 2 towers are located behind us. Our views are unobstructed. GV’s common areas offer many amenities right on the beach, unlike other locations. Clean and beautiful beach. Security. Costco, Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart, Starbucks, Chili’s Restaurant, and grocery stores, are a short walk away. Did I mention LOCATION?
