"Fisherman's Landing = Large Groups up to 30"

Make yourself at home at Fisherman's Landing! Perfect for large groups and retreats. There are a total of 7 cabins or cottages to choose from and a community pavilion to hang out together under. If you don't need all 7 let me know so we can work out a solution. With a total of 14 bedrooms and 19 beds it can sleep a group of up to 30. Each property has it's own covered boat shelter too!

Fisherman's Landing ~ located right off of AL Highway 67 in Langston, AL less than a 1/2 mile from one the nicest boat launches (South Sauty Creek) around on Lake Guntersville.

Consisting of a total of 7 cabins or cottages on over 3 acres with 14 bedrooms and 19 beds we can easily accommodate up to 30 people. Coming to Guntersville or Scottsboro to fish, hunt, hike, see the bald eagles, or just relax and unplug? This is the place for you.

You'll have access to the Fisherman's Landing pavilion where you can hang out and relax or enjoy your dinner on at one of our picnic tables. You will also be able to use our fish cleaning station while staying with us.

Accommodations:

Cabin 1 & 2: Each are equipped with 980 square feet that has 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) and 1 full size bathroom downstairs and an open loft upstairs with a Queen bed and a Twin bed.

Cabin 3: Equipped with 1,856 square feet and a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. First Level: (1) Queen Size Bedroom + (1) Full Size Bedroom
Second Level: (1) Queen Size Bedroom + (1) Bedroom with (2) Twin Beds

Cottage 1 & 2: Each are equipped with 456 square feet that takes you back to simpler times. It is equipped with 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) and 1 full size bathroom that can sleep up to 2 adults.

Cottage 3: Equipped with 848 square feet and 2 bedrooms and 1 full size bathroom that sleep up to 4 adults. Bedroom #1: Bunk Bed with (1) Full Bed and (1) Twin Bed / Bedroom #2: (2) Twin Beds

Cottage 4: Equipped with 848 square feet and 2 bedrooms and 1 full size bathroom that sleep up to 4 adults. Bedroom #1: (1) Queen Bed / Bedroom #2: (1) Full Bed

Each cabin and cottage has its very own stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and living room to relax and watch tv.

Covered Vehicle / Boat Shelters: Each property also has a 16' x 36' covered shelter to park your vehicle or your boat. It is equipped with lights and electrical and water hook ups.

What we provide: We provide all bed linens and towels for you during your stay. We also provide you with a basic starter set of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, trash bag, and laundry detergent. If you are staying for multiple day you will want to bring some extra supplies with you. There is also an ice machine on site at the pavilion.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The property was located in a beautiful and quiet area near the lake. It was convenient to Huntsville and the activities there. Perfect for a large group with multiple families. Space for kids to play.

Perfect for family reunion

Fisherman’s Landing was perfect for my family reunion! The different cabin size options accommodated us quite well, as we had some families with kids for the larger cabins and some solo travelers for the smaller cottages. The central covered pavilion offered a shady gathering location for games and meals. Every cabin/cottage was stocked with essentials but we brought extra trash bags and some supplies as we were a larger group. Overall we had zero issues with the site. Attractions in near proximity: - Cathedral Caverns (1 hr) - Lake Guntersville State Park (15 min) - Publix in Scottsboro (30 min) 10/10 would recommend! Thank you for hosting this wonderful location!

Fun but inconvenient

My family of 25 stayed at the venue. We ate most of our meals in the pavilion, which the kids enjoyed. I did the cooking from a tiny cottage, so the family groups could be together. The cabins were much better equiped for cooking than the cottages. One of the cabins had a full outdoor trash container with nowhere to put any other trash. Overall, cleanliness was not good, with most of us sweeping as soon as we arrived. The children loved running over the large property. The lake is near, but it's across a road and a stretch of woods, barely able to be seen.
