Why Charles G. Brooks, Jr. chose Marshall County
Lake Guntersville has long been a favorite spot for me. I enjoyed boating and picnicking with my family here. I launched my first sailboat here in 1961. He built the 16-foot Windmill sloop for me. Everything a fisherman needs!
Great location, minutes to multiple boat ramps! Cozy, awesome shower, and all the amenities of home!
This was the perfect spot for an overnight getaway. Decided to take a few days off for “me” time and enjoyed staying on this quiet street. It’s close enough to the water and also has nice landscaping around- I saw a few deer grazing at the top of the adjacent hill. The house was well-kept and felt homey. I will be going back!
Perfect for a weekend away.
Great access to the water. Perfect for a weekend of fishing. Can’t wait to come back!
