Nestled in a quiet cove just minutes from the main channel, “Fish and Frolic Holiday” offers a boathouse (useable May - Sep), dock with WetSteps into the lake, loft, an upstairs balcony, a covered front porch, a furnished back porch, and a cozy fire pit—ideal for relaxing after a fun-filled day on the water.

Spend your days swimming, kayaking, canoeing, or boating on beautiful Guntersville Lake. When it’s time to unwind, enjoy a cold drink on the porch or balcony with lake views, fire up the grill for a family cookout, or gather around the fire pit for marshmallows and memory-making.

The home sits on a gently sloping, one-acre lot with 100 feet of shoreline and stunning lake views from the dining area, kitchen, loft, and upstairs bedroom. You’ll also have access to a private, gated neighborhood boat ramp and community dock—perfect for launching into your next adventure.

Inside the Home:
This newly renovated, 1,660 sq. ft. home offers a cozy yet spacious layout with modern amenities and nature at your doorstep. You might even spot bald eagles, herons, osprey, turtles, or bats during your stay. With high-speed fiber internet and an office nook, remote work is easy if needed.

🐾 No pets – $500 fee if undisclosed, pet must leave immediately
🎉 No parties or events – $500 fee if violated
👤 Must be 25+ to book
⚠️ No glitter, confetti, slime, Play-Doh, kinetic sand, silly string, nail polish, remover, or hair dye – $100/hour cleanup fee
🛋 Do not move large furniture or take indoor items outside
🔒 Lock doors & windows when leaving
🚪 Owner-Only areas (the garage) are off-limits
🚗 Park only on the paved driveway (to prevent septic tank damage)
🚽 Septic system: Only flush toilet paper—no solids or feminine products

🔹 Violating rules may result in immediate eviction with no refund & full loss of the $500 security deposit.
