Come relax with your family and friends at our tranquil lakeside home. Sleep comfortably in our 3 spacious bedrooms and enjoy the open living area which has plenty of space to kick back and relax. Access the lake directly from the fully gated back yard, only a stones throw away. Enjoy fishing, wake boarding, kayaking, and more all within a short drive. Bring your boat! The public ramp is super close.

Working with Irina was smooth from the beginning. She was a lovely host. She communicated with us before and throughout our stay. It was a wonderful experience. The home was as advertised. Clean, well decorated, and had loads of space. There was a stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, and a lovely back yard. The neighborhood was quiet and well-maintained. We loved our time in this beautiful home. We would be happy to stay there again.

We rented this property because it was conveniently located near the wedding venue we were attending. The property was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic necessities needed for a weekend stay. Communication from the host was excellent—timely, clear, and very helpful throughout our stay.The only small suggestion I would make is that the checkout instructions could be a little clearer and easier to access. However, I’m confident the host would have responded quickly had I reached out with any questions.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely book this property again if we’re ever back in the area!

Thank you for staying with us. The house was left dirty due to the 2 big dogs was allowed to sleep on the beds and couches. I have to pay extra to the cleaning crew to deep cleaning after guest checked out. Otherwise no other complains.

Thank you for staying with us. The lake is one of the best lakes in the Dallas, you came during the spring time and water level maybe not the highest but unfortunately I can't fix that. Your family and 6 dog's left my property dirty. Our cleaning crew charged extra money for the cleaning but I didn't ask you for extra money.

Beautiful Home

Although it looks like it's "lakeside" on the listing, the "lakefront" is not really easily accessible. Other than the fireplace not having instructions and not functioning, we enjoyed the property and WOULD rent it again.

The house was clean and comfortable. One bedroom needed blinds or heavy curtains to keep out light. More hand towels would have been nice for the bathrooms. The kitchen was fairly well equipped but could use some measuring cups and spoons.

A lot of potential, needs a little work

The house was nice, close to the lake and close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It was well equipped with dishes, good kitchen, linens. Beds were comfortable. The yard, especially the front yard, needed major maintenance. I am a gardener, and the invasive weeds (like chickweed) are going to be very hard to eradicate if not dealt with soon. One smart TV, but it would not pick up local channels and when we asked owner about that, we got no response. Owner approved our request to bring a dog over 50 pounds and we were careful to protect her property by covering bed and sofa with sheets we brought from home. It would be helpful if owner would leave some information for renters, such as where to find key to access lakefront. We found it, but only by exploring. Also, some information on how to use the TV, coffee pot, etc., would be helpful. Overall, a decent place with the potential to be a really nice vacation rental.
