Directly next door to Presnell's Marina and just minutes from Cape San Blas. Port St. Joe is short 5 minute drive with all the artsy shops, restaurants and live music events and festivals. This townhome is one of the only homes available to rent in the up and coming Simmons Bayou area and has plenty of boat parking available on site.

Designed with an open concept floor plan, the eat in kitchen w/breakfast bar connects to a cozy living space that flows seamlessly to a covered outdoor area. Each of the 3 Bedrooms has its own full bath and private balcony!

Salinas Park (Gulf of Mexico) beach, Downtown Port Saint Joe and Cape San Blas are all just minutes away. The historic town of Apalachicola is about 20-25 minutes. This property is less than a mile from the new Blacks Island hotel and will be a great alternative for guests looking to stay in the area for those infamous Black Island weddings or overflow for family staying in Presnells.

Our PSJ Vacation with an Incredible View!

We just returned from a week’s stay at this townhome. The accommodations were very comfortable. We had plenty of room for the five of us. It was a very quick drive into Port Saint Joe or over to Cape San Blas to the beach. We took a side trip to Apalachicola and thoroughly enjoyed the area. We’ve decided the best part, though was the view off the back deck. Easily the best view we’ve ever had at a VRBO! The living room patio doors open up to an incredible view of the bay. We had our morning coffee out there and then went again out in the evening to enjoy the sunset. The upstairs deck off the master suite was equally wonderful. We would definitely come back.
