You have selected a clean, tastefully decorated villa with a relaxing ocean view! This unit is bright and airy and very convenient to both the beach and the pool. Is perfect for a romantic or small family getaway or if you're looking for an escape but still need the ability to work remotely. The sleek design will catch your eye and the cleanliness and convenience will keep you coming back!

This villa has a new queen mattress and new bedding, new dresser and lots of closet space!

There are 2 Smart TV's, one in the Bedroom and one in the Living Room, with cable access and the ability to log into your favorite streaming service.

The workspace has two new full-size desks with comfortable office chairs and 440 Mbps Super High Speed WIFI (secured). The desks can be arranged as desired, either straight, L-shaped or together as a dining table.

The fully stocked kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, range, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, Ninja blender, crock pot and toaster.

The villa also offers an ironing board and iron, hair dryer and a makeup mirror.

The outdoor balcony is great for dinners, drinks, coffee or just relaxing and taking in the view!

We also provide two beach chairs and a small cooler for a relaxing day at the beach or take our two bikes out for a long ride on one of the island's many bike paths!

This is an ocean front, gated complex with convenient parking, a pool, laundry facilities on every floor, an elevator, luggage carts, direct beach access, BBQ grill area with picnic tables, outdoor shower area and a large sundeck that overlooks the ocean.

This villa is walking distance to the popular Coligny Area with restaurants, live entertainment, shopping, a grocery store and the new Low Country Celebration Park.

There is a minimum age of 25 to rent the condo.

No smoking is allowed.

No pets are allowed ($500 per day fine)

3-night minimum rental.

Our stay was short (two nights) but was the perfect stopover on our trip from Florida to the NC mountains. The condo was in a great location just steps from the beach. And the use of the provided bicycles was a bonus. We spent a few hours exploring the many bike paths on HHI. The condo was well appointed and we had everything we needed at our fingertips. The owner, Heidi, was an exceptional host and were already looking forward to another visit.

We are very grateful for the quick response to the issue with the bed so we could get some decent rest for our week vacation stay. Honestly the bed should be considered for an upgrade; as well as the frame itself which is old school. Perhaps consider a platform for this space and comfort level. I was disappointed this was not ocean front as the details of this villa indicates “steps away from an ocean front”. This was confusing with ocean view and ocean front in listing. The bedding and pillows could certainly refreshed and an upgraded as well as the towels. Very thin and scratchy and perhaps offer another set and bath mat for 6 days. Another chair or place to sit over 2 desks and chairs would have offered more comfort and ability to relax. Overall, it had what we needed however we will look for another villa to accommodate a more comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for our week next time in HHI.

My husband, David, and I reside permanently in Centerville, Ohio where we operate a design/photography studio. We have been in love with Hilton Head since we first visited 10 years ago. We purchased our first Seaside Villa in 2016 and just recently purchased a second unit. As regular visitors, we love to kayak, photograph the beautiful sunrises and wildlife, and are constantly making new friends here. In May of 2020, my husband proposed to me while vacationing here and we were married at a nearby beachfront resort in October, 2021....so many great memories with friends and family. :)
We would love to host you and will do everything we can to make your stay a memorable one!

We are very excited about this villa! It is only steps from the beach and easy walking distance to the well-known Coligny Area with lots of shopping, dining, coffee shops, live music and the new Low Country Celebration Park. Not only does it have a nice view of the ocean, it is also very convenient to the pool and the elevator.

What makes this property unique

A unique benefit of this villa is that it was furnished during the pandemic to include 2 full-size desks, 2 office chairs and 450 Mbps internet speed to create a comfortable remote work environment if desired. Work area can be quickly re-configured into a nice dining space for couples or small families who are traveling strictly for relaxation!
