The location is quiet and ideal for guests who want to enjoy the warmth of the sun on the large terrace. The center of Camaiore is about 3 km away and the beautiful sandy beaches of Versilia only 10 km. A barbecue, table, chairs and loungers are available to the guests and to experience beautiful culinary moments on the terrace (about 100 m²). Parking for 1 car on the property.
Equipment: Appealing, rustic decor with lots of wood. Cotto and parquet floors. Partly wooden beamed ceilings. Satellite TV. Internet access (WLAN, inclusive). No heating possibility. The living area of approx. 100 m² is on the ground floor. Living room with couch, fireplace (decoration only) and dining area, through open brick arched to the kitchen (flames, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker). Bedroom with French bed (1.60 m wide) and balcony exit. Twin room (beds 0.80 m wide, can be joined). Bathroom with shower / WC.
It is not permitted to charge an electric car at this holiday home.
To be paid on the spot: Deposit € 200. Electricity, gas, water € 50 per week. Final cleaning € 50. Sheets and towels on request € 10 per person and change.Tourist tax € 1,50 per day per person from 14 years and up to a maximum of 7 days in the period from 01.06 to 30.09.
