Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn off air conditioning or heat on both floors.
If Checkout is on a Monday, take trash bins out to the street at the curb.
Be sure to lock the door to the garage and lock the French doors to the patio.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Request for $1000 Deposit is required for utilities; if over 30 nights, Deposit will be more. After bills have been paid, overages will be refunded.
No pets of any kind allowed; no smoking of any kind inside or outside the property; no events or parties; no electric vehicle charging.
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out is available with an additional fee. Additional Rules will be provided.
