Come enjoy our AMAZING swimming pool with a huge rock feature which has a slide, waterfall, and a swim in grotto with a water bench. Our 5-bed, 3-bath home can sleep up to 11 people and is in the perfect location, central to Lake Havasu. We are WALKING distance to Rotary Park (.5 miles), .9 miles to the London Bridge, and just 7 minutes to the Windsor launch ramp! Whether at the lake or the pool, make this summer a memorable one!
The pool is not heated from the beginning of November to mid-February (depending on the weather).
There are security cameras in the front and back (with view of the pool) of the property for security and liability. Footage is only reviewed in the case of an incident.

Great family weekend reunion

Pretty dirty walls and a bunch of garbage under the couch cushions. Kitchen was not stocked at all with cooking or basic supplies. There was cobwebs in the master showers and little to no water pressure. The price and location is great but it was a shame the pool could not be heated during our stay so it was unusable

Had an amazing time. The house was perfect. Loved the pool. The whole family enjoyed. The nice touch was the grass turf in a desert area.. worked perfectly for my morning workouts. Close to town and enjoyed our walks. We’ll definitely be back.

Feels like home away from home

My family of 6 (3 teenagers and an 8-yr old) stayed for 3 nights at this cozy place. It's a 5-bedroom so the kids loved it each having their own room. We cooked meals, watched movies together, and had so much fun with the pool (the slide and waterfall were awesome). Explored Lake Havasu for the first time (April 2025) and lemme tell you it's a lot nicer in person than the pictures. Oatman town is about an hour away but worth visiting. Donkeys everywhere and a "gunfight" show was cool, learned about a little history of the place. Jacob, our host, was very gracious and quickly responded to all my questions. I would definitely stay again at this place!

Great House, Great Location

Jacob was great to deal with. House was comfortable. Pool was great. Only reason I gave 4 stars was it would have been nice to have a few more Amenities and the cornhole boards in the pictures were not there. Kitchen was very minimally stalked. Wine glasses would have been nice. No extra garbage bags or paper towels There were a few lightbulbs out. I would stay here again.

We were in town for our son's basbeall tournament. The house was perfect to fit thr whole family and extended family! Close to the park and stores. Easy check in process and the kids loved the heated pool!

Perfect vacation w/ a pool

We had a wonderful time at the house. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and backyard were the main reasons I booked this listing and they did not disappoint! The Baja shelf was perfect for my 2year old and the teenagers had so much fun on the slide. I would definitely stay here again!

The house is spacious, close to big stores. The backyard is beautiful the kids loved the pool especially at night the only issue is that it’s dark more lighting at the backyard would be perfect. Other then that it was a great place to stay for our trip.

My wife grew up visiting the Colorado River and Lake Havasu ever since she was a small child. Now we have the chance to bring our daughter here and share with her all the wonderful things Lake Havasu has to share. We absolutely love it here and have made it a huge part of our life!

Why they chose this property

We just put a brand new pool and we can't say enough how AMAZING it is. It has a huge rock feature with a waterfall, swim in grotto with seating, and a slide! Hide from the sun in the cool grotto behind the waterfall or under the tiki umbrella. Want to pick up the pace? The tile slide is fast and steep and sure to provide a thrill. There is a sun-shelf where you can stay in the shallow and soak in the sun.
Along with the pool we have everything else you need for a fun-filled day in the sun. A grill for that perfect outdoor meal, a large turf area for games like corn hole and other outdoor fun, and a fire pit to sit and relax or roast some marshmallows after a long day of fun.

The only thing that can compete with the backyard is the location! We are centrally located in Lake Havasu City and close to anything you could ever need. We are WALKING distance to Rotary Park (.5 miles), .9 miles to the London bridge and just 7 minutes to the Windsor launch ramp! Whether you are headed to launch the boat, or enjoy some of the local bars and restaurants, everything is close by!

With 5 bedrooms and 8 beds (including 2 kings, 1 queen, and 5 single/twin mattress) you'll have room for the whole family. Our oversized kitchen table, with seating for 11, is the perfect place to gather to eat, play games, or just spend time together. We have a large flatscreen with a roku device so you can relax and access all of your favorite streaming services.
