This is a beautiful home on a great beach. Very easy for my elderly mom to get to the beach with the walk out path. Spacious home and very clean. With it being three stories, it does have a lot of steps.Great location with lots of beach in front. We really enjoyed our stay!
We LOVED our stay in this gorgeous, dog friendly house in Cape San Blas. The location of Good Vibrations is perfectly placed right on the beautiful white sandy beach with amazing views. The surf/beach store(Beach Planet) and general store(Scallop Cove) are conveniently across the street. We would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back to stay!
We enjoyed every moment there. There were a few items missing in the kitchen, some we got from property manager. A can opener, for instance would have been helpful. Liked the coffee maker - that can make both k-cups and ordinary coffee. No shortage of cups, plates and utensils. Great home.
The home is more upscale from what we typically stay in but it was a nice change of pace. A little pricier from what we ideally wanted but the location was what won us over. Convenient to have the beach apparel shop and gas station directly across the street. We did have a brief leak in a shower from the 2nd floor but it was promptly fixed by the rental agency. The septic tank pump light outside the house also came on during our stay but I think that was due to heavy rains before our arrival. Again, this issue was fixed promptly and with no issue.
We have never had a rental company come to the house to empty the large outside trashcan so that was both surprising and convenient!!! We are considering renting this same house again for our trip next September and I would recommend it to others.
The house is even nicer in person than the photos. Very clean and comfortable including the furniture. Well-stocked kitchen and amazing view and location. Gorgeous sunrise and sunsets right from the decks. Only negative was it was impossible to reach the owner prior to our visit. E-mails led to auto-replies to contact the property management company who doesn’t answer their phone. Same with the included “free” beach rental equipment which cannot be redeemed without paying for something. Closer to arrival, though, the management company reached out multiple times and was very helpful. Overall it was a wonderful vacation and we would definitely return to this home! Cape San Blas is a gem and wonderfully different from the typical touristy beaches in Florida.
good place for a family/friends getaway. directly on the beach. and fairly private.
loooots of stairs. something to think about for elders and young kids.
kitchen had just enough for what we needed. though a lot of it we had to re wash.
the dryer didn’t work. and when the repair man came to fix it he informed us the previous tenant refused to allow him in to fix it. so the rental company knew about it and apparently wasn’t going to do anything about it until someone said something. so we found out when we had a we load of laundry for the three infants we had with us. they did respond quickly. and also took a load of laundry for us. there was bad communication there too because i was told we’d get it back the same day. and the lady who came to get it said there was no way that was happening. so we had to wait a full day for our clothes back. not the end of the world. but a problem with seven kids - three were infants. we just assumed we would be able to do laundry so we packed lighter.
all in all it was a good place to stay.

Great Location, Unfortunate Issues
The location of Good Vibrations can’t be beat! Perfect spot on the gulf and Scallop Cove right across the street, perfect. Unfortunately when we arrived we were told that the water heater was being replaced. We didn’t get a call to inform us of this. We only found out because we pulled up to the property about 10 min before check in time and was told by a 360 employee who was on site. The 360 emp told us they were finished and we could go on in. Later after all parties arrived and sweated unpacking and moving in we realized we had no hot water. Calls were made and voicemails left. Finally after an email we got a call back. Service showed up and told us that the water heater “was not replaced because the new one didn’t fit.” The serviceman had to go back to the office for a part and then called later saying he didn’t have the part needed and would have to come back first thing in the morning. So, 12 hot, sweaty, travel weary customers with no hot water. Service showed up the next day to fix the water heater and left letting us know it was good. We went back in to find the water still wasn’t hot. Finally they had us find the breaker box and flip the breaker to see if the service man had left it off. He had and the issue was finally corrected. Needless to say this was a huge irritation to start our stay. For the amt of money spent we expected MUCH better.
Inside paint was peeling from wall, mold/mildew on air vents, and missing sleeper/sofa in queen room.

Nice location and views.
Needs some minor repairs, internet/wifi was an issue for the first few days. It wasn’t the easiest getting it fixed! The house did not seem as clean as it could have been. Overall, it was a nice vacation home, but for the price, could provide more accessories in the kitchen and could invest in some updated items. Would stay in this area again, but probably a different property.
What a lovely place! The house is very spacious with everything you need. We had a wonderful time with our family. There were 15 of us and we did not feel crowded. There was enough room for everyone to sleep, including a crib for our one-year-old grandson. The kitchen is well stocked and still plenty of room to put your groceries. There is a hose provided to wash the sand off your feet before coming in as well as a warm shower outside if you choose to use it. The view is beautiful! We enjoyed watching dolphins play right from the balcony and the beach. The beach is second to none and only steps away. The sunsets are beautiful! The kids loved playing in the sand and the adults enjoyed fishing from the beach right in front of the house. WE also enjoyed having evening fires on the beach. We did have one minor issue with a leak in the hose to wash our feet. It was taken care of immediately. The property manager and this place were fantastic!!!
The location was great and the property was clean and well managed. However, the property is in dire need of general maintenance. The latches/handles were broken in many places, there were a lot of roaches and ants, the roof of the grill enclosure was damaged and was flapping in the wind. The floors were soft, some of the drawers were broken as you pulled them out. The living room furniture was also uncomfortable. For as much as I paid for the rental, I expected a higher quality.
This house was exactly as the pictures suggested. The location couldn’t have been better. It was so very convenient to the beach. There was plenty of room for all of us as well. There were some very thoughtful additions to this house like the water hose hanging as you get to the stairs outside and the separate ice maker. Each room having Dish was a plus, even though we couldn’t watch the Braves! Natural Retreats was welcoming and responsive. Great house!
Clean house and in great shape. Did kill 6 or 7 cockroaches but Florida is notorious for them.
Beach was absolutely breathtaking with clean white sugar sand and seashells abundant. Not a party spot, which is amazing! Calm relaxing atmosphere with neighbors being same. Walking the beach during sunset is a must every night.
Will definitely be back!!!
We had a super time at Good Vibrations on Cape San Blas. Our whole family—kids with spouses and 6 grandkids ages 1-8 enjoyed the house itself and its location on the beach. House was exactly as indicated on the listing and fit our group perfectly. A few maintenance items could be addressed. The beach was beautiful with white sand and shells and sparsely inhabited.
Our family and another family of four, along with our dog, enjoyed two fabulous weeks at this beach house. It’s a gorgeous and very well-maintained home. We would have extended our trip if it wasn’t already booked up. Highly recommend and hope to return!

This was our 5th visit to the cape, this was the best house, immediate issue response by maintenance staff. The best overall experience to date.

Great location , great kitchen
Great home, the 5.5 baths made it perfect for us. Wonderful kitchen ,dining area, and the balcony was great to have meals also. Steps led directly to beach. A little tight on parking, Gas grill was great (large enough also).

Amazing house, great service, a few issues to be fixed
There was an electrical issue in our bedroom and we had no lights for the duration of our stay. Thankfully we brought an extension cord and we made do using the bathroom outlet lol. There was a crib in the house (main reason we picked it) however there was no crib sheet provided. Again a random grab of our own crib sheet saved the day, the crib sheet and extension cord were 2 of the last things we grabbed as we left our house. Management company was great and did their best to get the electrical problem but it turned out to be a bigger issue than anticipated. Several things aren't quite back to normal after Michael as to be expected (outdoor shower, missing art with empty hooks, etc).
A few things that would have been great to know beforehand....
There are no ceiling fans in the entire house, if you need one to sleep, bring your own
Bring your own baby bedding if you need to use the crib
There's a wine fridge but no wine opener 🤷♀️
Stairs will need to have baby gates if you have littles, especially the stairs going from the kitchen down to the car port. We used one extra wide step through on the kitchen stairs and one of the cheapie wooden pop down super wide ones on the top floor where all the kids were sleeping
Beach access stairs have a gate which is awesome but the latch is very easy to work, bring a padlock if you have smart toddlers like ours
No water in fridge door, you will need to buy bottled if you don't want to drink tap water
Driveway is very sandy and hard to maneuver in small vehicles

Loved the beach access!
Very nice house with great beach access. Only a short walk down the private walkway and we we're on the beach. The house could use a bit of love, as clearly it had been used hard this summer. A broken AC, broken ice maker, and no wifi beyond the first floor were the only major drawbacks. Found lots of good seafood options in the area.

Great Big Blue House
The house was well mantained. We had a tube drainage issue that was fixed immediately. Loved that every bedroom had it’s own bathroom. Plenty of room for everyone. The wooden pathway to the beach fixed. Overall great experience.
