Make this stunning beautiful dog-friendly townhome in one of Rehoboth Beach's most sought-after communities your next home away from home and enjoy a memorable getaway! The community is a lovely walkable community with easy access to downtown Rehoboth Beach and the serene Junction and Breakwater Trail without going on Route 1. Enjoy the large community pool, fitness and community center, tennis courts, and basketball courts for guest use. This darling retreat offers plenty of communal gathering spaces yet it's large enough for privacy and quiet nooks to relax. Meals alfresco can take place at the outdoor dining area on the patio or on the second-floor deck, which also features a gas grill. There are four bedrooms (bedroom 3 is open to the first-floor living space) and three and a half bathrooms.

THINGS TO KNOW
Both community pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
The fireplace is not operational.
Dog-friendly! Restricted breeds: Doberman, Chow, Husky, Shar Pei, German Shepherd, Malamute, Akita, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, and all mixes of any of these breeds.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family vacation

We had 3 generations from 3 states which having time together is a cherished gift. your place was large enough for us to sleep quietly yet having just one floor of living area helped keep us together.

Nice property in a clean, quiet, convenient community

Great community, clean, attractive, nice pools, very convenient to Rehoboth and to grocery stores, drug stores, etc. If steps are an issue for you this is not the property for you. There's a lot of steps and they are a bit steep. Also, if you plan to cook, bring essential tools with you as those in the property are a bit sparse and worn.

Great stay, great locationHave stayed in the neighborhood several years. My only issue is that it was not as well appointed as other homes with linens, towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent etc. I’d sooner pay more money to not have to deal with that on my vacation. I know that you are not alone in how you do things but I think it is such a plus for renters to be fully cared for. I hope you’ll consider that.

Great location, development and size for a large group but cleanliness at this particular unit was unsatisfactory. Dirty floors, bathrooms, bedding and ants everywhere. Will not go back to this unit.

This very large townhouse was perfect for our family vacation. Comfortable furnishings, beautiful back yard (huge grassy area), only a short ride to the beach, restaurants, etc. Found some woodsy walking paths nearby. No problems.

Love Grande at Canal Point!

The cleaning crew left a lot to be desired. There were lots of areas that were never wiped down or cleaned. This was very disappointing. We enjoyed the location very much so. Response: Thanks so much for staying with us. So sorry about your experience with the cleaning. Our cleaners offer a 24 hour guarantee. Had we known, we could have gotten them back out to correct the cleaning issues. Summer 2021

Since all of us are working/going to school remotely, we decided to do it at the beach for a week. This home was perfect. No wifi issues with all of us on Zoom, TEAMS, etc. Quiet neighborhood and great bike paths. Perfect distance to the boardwalk and beach. It really is the best time of year to be at the beach! Beautiful updated townhome in a luxury community
