Whether you have a large family gathering or you're a group of guys or girls getting together for the weekend, this house boasts a very private, relaxing and fun place to come back to after your daily excursions. With no one around for a 1/2 mile, you won't have to worry about the kids shouting in the yard or neighbors caring if you're laughing too loud around the fire at night.

We have a very spacious house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a sunroom and a heated garage full of games. Connect your phone to the speaker so you can listen to music while playing pool, foosball or ping pong. Or sign into the Amazon Fire TV so you can watch your favorite shows or movies. Downstairs, there are 2 pullout couches along with a poker table and a variety of puzzles waiting to be put together. There is a washer and dryer and for your comfort we provide the linens, pillows, towels, shampoo and soap. We have a well stocked kitchen that has a coffee pot, griddle, cheese grater and toaster oven among all the other pots, dinnerware and bowls a large group would need.

In the winter, hop on the snow mobile trail seconds from the end of the driveway. Bring your sleds and have a sledding party on the hill in the yard or bring your snowshoes for a quiet walk down the trail.
No stress snowmobile bookings in the winter. If you book in the winter and let us know you're coming for snowmobiling, we'll work with you to cancel for 100% refund through the weekend before your stay if there is not enough snow to snowmobile.

In the summer, enjoy the outdoors by taking a nature walk along the 1/4 mile trail that runs along a creek. Go swimming at Redstone Lake for the day and come back to enjoy the spacious yard by throwing around a football or playing any yard games you bring. The kids can romp around on the playset in the backyard while you cook dinner on the grill by the back deck. At night, your group can gather around the firepit after creating a warm fire from the stack of wood that has been provided for your use.

Cell service is limited, so please do not count on receiving calls on your cell phone. We have 18 megabit wifi and a land line to help bridge any communication gaps. Land line phone number will be provided in the welcome packet. We have received texts and an occasional phone call when outside of the house by the garage, but we don't count on it.

We ask that while you stay at our place, you adhere to the following house rules:
Please no smoking anywhere inside the house or garage. If you smoke outside at all, please clean up after yourselves before leaving.
There is NOT a garbage disposal; so please dispose of all food and scraps in the garbage.
If you are using the grill, please make sure to turn the gas off when you are done.
Please do not put any food or drink on any of the game tables.
The detached garage holds our personal items and should not be entered.
The cleaning fee is to clean things like the toilets and showers, and to sanitize/wipe down commonly touched surfaces. Please keep the house clean, pick up after
yourselves and put things back where you found them.
Only park on the cement and gravel driveway and do not drive on the grass.
The towels provided are for use while at our property only. Please do not remove them or take them to a waterpark or lake.

Before you leave please..
-Load the dishwasher with any dirty dishes and turn it on.
-Strip the sheets and pillow cases from of the beds you slept in and put them on top of the bed.
-Put the used towels by the laundry machine.
-Put garbage and recyclables in the receptacles by the road.

Please note, if you book during any of Wisconsin's hunting seasons, staying at the property does not include permission to hunt on the property. Some surveillance cameras are setup outside by the entrances for your safety and ours.
