This executive property has everything you need while on a long term business trip or vacation Located only 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, Downtown Vegas and 20 minutes from the airport Featuring a huge back yard, an amazing Master suite and bath with jacuzzi tub/huge shower. 31 Day plus Rentals Only. Monthly Rate saves you money.
This is not a party house, however, you will have plenty of room for your business team or family and lots of parking with a 3 car garage attached to the house. Located in an exclusive classic Vegas neighborhood close to everything.
We are super hosts on other platforms, new to this one with this property.
There is also a casita at the back of the property separated from your space by 4 garages. The property manager lives in the Casita. The back yard is a shared space. Your house has a 3 car garage and your own patio area.
This is a non-smoking, no pets property. Any smoking must take place outside the home.

This property has a unique history and beautiful architecture. You won't be disappointed. While new to VRBO we have been renting it out for over 3 years with many happy customers. Right now, due to local laws we are only able to rent for 31+ day stays. Perfect for your transition home or for a long Vegas Vacation.
What makes this property unique
Convenient to strip, yet private and in a very nice community. Home was built by Nascar Race Driving family. You will find momentos in the house in the Kurt & Kyle Room.
