Welcome to our home. On a 1/2 acre of land we've built an incredible oasis just 10 minutes from the strip. With 10 raised garden beds and 20 organic fruit trees, enjoy the stunning sunrises on our covered patio while your kids and pets run free in the gated yard. An open floor plan perfect for a family or group looking for the comforts of home just minutes from the strip.

The space
One King suite with attached bathroom, one California King suite with attached bathroom, one queen bedroom, one kids bedroom with one twin bed, one spacious and bright office with backyard view (and air mattress available or couch as 5th bed), standing desk, desk treadmill, and more. Additional full bathroom off living room and an economy sized laundry room.

Just 10 minutes to The Strip, Downtown, or the airport. Just 20 minutes to beautiful hiking in Red Rocks and great shopping in Summerlin
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the garage which will be locked and inaccessible during your stay.
Other things to note
Help yourself to our organic garden and orchard, try out composting, take a ride on our Peloton or get some work done at our standing desk with walking treadmill. Choose from thousands of books and enjoy reading, dining, or relaxing on our swinging patio chairs under our honeysuckle covered pergola. Any children related amenities are also available upon request (bassinet, play gym, swing, mama roo chair, high chair, changing pad, stroller etc). Help yourself to superfood powders, teas, and other fun treats available for our guests.

Should you desire it, we also rent out our RV and our two cars, a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara that seats 5 and a 2018 Cadillac Escalade ESV that seats 7. Our RV could be parked on the premises in the backyard and could provide an additional 7 sleeping spaces and one extra bathroom. Additional pricing would apply.

Our homeowner is also a private chef and can be available as needed for your group for additional fees. Upon approval, we do allow some parties and events when Bill is booked as a chef and will be present. Read Bill's Bio below:

*Chef Bill Haley has been a professional chef for nearly two decades, graduating from Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy in San Francisco and then moving on to NYC to work alongside celebrity chef Todd English as his Executive Sous Chef, opening/running/managing a handful of restaurants and hotels including The Plaza Food Hall and The Soho Grand Hotel, as well as the Four Seasons Hotels in Newport Beach and Hawaii, and catering events with Anthony Bourdain and for celebrities like Madonna, Julia Roberts, Bono, Tommy Hilfiger, Run DMC, and Jay-Z. Chef Bill has a strong knowledge of whole food cooking, as well as extensive experience catering to specific diets, whether it’s vegan, keto, paleo, a professional athlete in training, or a new mom. Currently, Chef Bill Haley works as a private chef for catering, events, virtual experiences, and individuals, both locally in Las Vegas and in private homes from The Hamptons to Aspen.*
