This centrally-located midcentury bungalow sits on almost an acre with two bedrooms and a jack and jill bath. The closest boat ramp is just a third of a mile away and there are 5 total boat ramps within 5 miles. The house sits right off 27 and is minutes away from several restaurants and popular Lake destinations. We are just 2 miles to Burnside Marina with a boat ramp and golfing. Adorable house convienant for trips!

We had a delightful time staying in this house. The house was clean and filled with little extras which made the stay amazing. The location makes it easy to go to different attractions and state parks in the area. It is an easy drive to the water. The owner was fantastic with communication! We definitely would come back!

The house is an older home that's been renovated. Very comfortable place to stay. The AC rocks I stayed cool the whole time I was in the house. Highly recommend!! But don't expect to be pulling up in a 5 star subdivision with a gated property, it's a simple house to sleep and relax.

Clean and comfy in a convenient location

The host is very attentive with great communication. The house is clean and in a location close to so many things to keep you busy. The area has a lot to offer. A detailed guide on the area that the host put together was a nice touch. We had a great time.

Family visit

Great place to stay. Right off 27. Would be great for those wanting to come to the lake or just a quick get away. We had a little problem ( no vault of the owner) and the owners were very quick to respond and resolve the issue. Great place.

This property is so centrally located to the Lake Cumebrland area. From Cumberland Falls to the Big South Fork and the lake itself. Your not far from anything when staying at our bungalow.

What makes this property unique

We have a boat ramp on our road just a third of a mile away. Restaurants, ice, a grocery store, and a liqour store are just right around the corner. Spend your vacation time doing what you want to do, not what you have to do.
