Inspired by Florida's unique tropical landscape, this 3 bedroom 2 bath house has been tastefully remodeled and decorated for you to enjoy when on a family vacation, couples getaway, or friends retreat. Surrounded by beautiful tropical plants, our screened lanai is the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of Nespresso coffee. Our home is nestled in a wonderful community minutes away from downtown Ft. Pierce via a drive along the beautiful Intercoastal waterway that overlooks Hutchinson Island.

With a dream to create an unforgettable Airbnb experience for you, we thoughtfully designed each room in this house. We thought of all the necessities to provide you with the comforts of home, and added some extra things to remind you that you’re on vacation.

OPEN FLOOR LIVING

Immediately as you step into the Coconut House you will find yourself in a modern yet cozy and inviting living room with a comfy leather sofa to relax on, a coffee table, and large TV to watch a great movie in the evening.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The open concept shelving in the kitchen makes it easier for you to find what you’re looking for while giving the kitchen area a spacious and modern look. Enjoy breakfast all together at the kitchen bar and don’t forget to pour yourself a hot drink from our coffee & tea collection.

THE LANAI (SCREENED OUTDOOR AREA)

One of our favorite areas of the house is the covered & screened Lanai. The beautiful porcelain Spanish tile in combination with the green “hedge” gives off a sophisticated Alice in wonderland vibe. Featuring a Large Boho Egg chair and genuine reclaimed teak wood table from Thailand, it’s the perfect place to relax and gather with friends & family.

THE HALLWAY

As you pass the tropical wall, you will find yourself walking down the hallway leading to the 3 bedrooms of the house. Take a minute and explore the artwork on the wall, a map of the city of Fort Pierce.
Immerse yourself in the unique theme of each bedroom of the Coconut House.
All beds come with premium memory foam mattresses and super soft cotton sheets.
The first bedroom to your right was created with our youngest guests in mind.

THE WHALE ROOM

Coming on a family vacation? Let your kids have fun in the Whale Room. Featuring a twin size Bunk Cabin, this room has everything to keep your little ones entertained and occupied. If you are staying with a baby, check out the closet in this room. You will find a high chair, a portable crib and a mattress so you don’t have to bring all of this stuff from home.

THE LANTERN BEDROOM

Feel the magical vibe when you walk into the Lantern bedroom down the hallway on the right. This room is a perfect place to escape the daily rhythm and daydream on the cozy Queen size bed. At night after the sun goes down, enjoy the soft lighting and warm atmosphere the Lantern room provides.

THE BEDROOM SUIT

Wake up in your comfortable King size bed in this stylish modern suit with a tropical twist. The bedroom windows open up to the lush Floridian landscape of our yard. Relax and read a book in the lounge chair or reconnect your body and mind with yoga (equipment provided).

THE BATHROOMS

The house has 2 full bathrooms with a shower and a tub. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh linens. Bath towels are not for use at the beach. But we’ve got you covered, check the hallway closet for the beach towels as well as other fun beach stuff. Body wash and shampoo are provided in both of the bathrooms.

If you are planning to spend a day on the beach, please enjoy our beach accessories we have provided for you. You can find these in the hallway closet: large umbrella, 4 beach chairs, beach towels, 2 boogie boards and a sand bucket kit for you and your kids to build an epic sand castle.

Please feel free to use the Washer and Dryer located in the garage for your convenience.
