The property was very nice and cute in the inside. Great outdoor patio space with privacy
The property manager was extremely helpful and patient towards our group when we had trouble finding the complex. She also was quick to respond back. We really enjoyed our stay!

We arrived from out of town with no check in information available, no access and delayed host contact. When we did finally get a response, it was a message stating that they were going into surgery and couldn't deal with the situation. I can understand an emergency, but why was there no info sent prior to day of check in? Or that morning even? As a rental owner myself, this would not be acceptable for my renters, and is just not good practice. Just beware. Feels off?!
