House was as expected except for the floors. They are quite rough in the kitchen from wear and tear. The owner did confirm they will be changing them soon. If we ever need a house to rent in the Orlando area, we would def consider this one again. We also loved the pool!

Great property

Very spacious inside and out, modern and clean, appears to have been recently upgraded. Only real complaint would be the well water, which has a sulfur smell to it (kind of smells like farts…)

Family vacation

This property was perfect for our vacation plan. We were looking for something simple and relaxing and it didnt get any better than this. We werent looking for the busy city, or tourist areas. This gem is just outside of all of that, yet close enough to shopping for what you need. Isolated and quaint. Very pleased and looking forward to booking again for next summer. The host was so helpful and accomodating.

We were in town for a wedding and this home was the perfect location for our group. The open space of the kitchen and dining area was great, plenty of space for us to hang out. The floors in the kitchen and dining area could use some attention but other than that it was perfect for us. The pool and outside sitting area was comfortable and set the vibe for a great day. Publix, Starbucks, a few fast food restaurants and a golf course near by as well as a convenience store. We had a lovely stay and if in the area again, this home would definitely be by on our list.
