This beautiful, newly renovated beachfront condo is located on the 4th floor of Phoenix V with an exterior breezeway entry door and features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 10 (8 adults). Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. The keyless entry allows you to get right to your vacation upon arrival without the hassle of check-in. All bedrooms and living area are equipped with TVs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities and many extras for you to prepare meals for your group. The dining table comfortably seats 6, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. If you prefer dining with a view, the balcony table seats 4, with additional seating for 2 in the Adirondack rockers.

Bedrooms:

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in shower. Wake up to the beautiful, panoramic views from your floor to ceiling windows and private balcony access. In the second bedroom, there is another King bed with a connected bath, which is also accessible from the hall. The third bedroom features custom bunks with two full beds on the bottom and two twins on the top.

Parking:

Resort fees are charged by the building at $55+tax per vehicle for all vehicles parking on property and may be purchased at the Coastline desk. This unit has a deeded reserved garage space (10), which is situated conveniently for easy access and unpacking. Up to two additional spaces may be purchased for a total of 3. Parking passes are a one-time fee and are valid for the duration of your stay, no matter the length.

Amazing time

We had an amazing vacation with the family. The condo was beautiful and a great location. We plan to go back. It was convenient to all the local attractions and restaurants. Beach was amazing as well.

Wonderful stay in Orange Beach

This listing was as beautiful in person as it was online. We loved the amenities the property offered and loved how close it was to everything. My kids were sad to leave and vowed weā€™d be back! Thank you for being apart of our spring break 2025 memories!

Family Beach Trip

Bedrooms very small. Elevators constantly out of order. Stove burners not secure. Microwave goes into power failure in middle of cooking. Other appliances in good working condition. Not perfect but made the best of some cooking situations and elevators not working. Personā€™s checking in and out very helpful and considerate.

First beach trip with our baby

Our family loves this property. This was our second stay at this property with these owners and we will likely come back next year. The 4th floor right above the splash pad is the perfect spot! Our boys, ages 2 and 4, keep asking when are we going back to "the beach house". Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

We enjoyed all the accommodation thus condo had to offer as well as the onsite amenities. Location is great and sitting on the spacious balcony every morning to see the sun rise was priceless. We will definitely choose to stay here again.

Phoenix V is in a great location and is a very well-maintained complex! Loved the amenities! The unit was well-appointed and as described. Host communication was great. Our group of four adults and one child had more than enough room. Decor and updates were all really nice. Would stay again!

Family Vacation

Our family was so excited for a long awaited vacation and when we found this unit, we knew this was the one. Abby was great. She communicated with me the process of checking and was prompt if I needed anything. From the check in process, to the beauty of the unit and the view of the beach was perfect. Beautiful Renovation

This unit has been recently renovated and is absolutely beautiful! We go to OBA every Fall Break with many other families and all who saw our room this year gushed about how great it looks. The bedding was so soft and comfortable that it is the first time Iā€™ve ever been in my own bed back at home, wishing I was still in my vacation bed! We will be booking this unit again!
