Come hang out on our huge private deck with propane firepit set, ample seating or choose the wood firepit out back for smores and grilling out on the gas grille. Inside you'll find plenty of space for family game time, relaxation, or a dance party and karaoke with friends and family! New furnishings and appliances with plenty of kitchen essentials and large island for enjoying meal time together. The electric fireplace's in the living room and master bedroom can be used for heat or just a relaxing ambiance glow. There is ample seating throughout the home for multiple family activities. Our community offers walking lake access and plenty of wildlife! There are 4 parking spaces available. Note: This house is not directly on the lake. We welcome short term and long term renters! Great Lake Allatona location

Our family used the baseball tournament at Lakepoint as a reason to gather and we all stayed in this house comfortably. The house is located near the lake, has easy access to lake amenities and is a short drive to the games. I would recommend this house for families looking for something other than a hotel stay for their visit to Lakepoint.

My family of five (all adults) were very comfortable in Connie’s Land House. We looked forward to returning every evening. My 2nd stay here

This was my 2nd stay and I just love this place! It’s now my go-to place to reserve when I visit family in the north suburbs of Atlanta. It’s usually just me, and occasionally my granddaughter spends the night, but this place could easily accommodate a family of 4 comfortably. What I love the most is the spacious living/kitchen/dining area! It’s great for entertaining.

We wanted to purchase another lake house directly on the lake but times are hard as we all know. We fell in love with this adorable home across the street from a cove on Lake Allatoona and decided it was a great fit for us. We are a car, boat, or golf cart ride away from Victoria Beach, boat launches, Sunset Grill, and J.D.'s on the Lake. I have really enjoyed remodeling this home and hope that our guests enjoy it as much as we have and can feel like it's your home away from home. Thank you for booking with us!:)
