Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home located in the heart of Wilmington, North Carolina! Our cozy house is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing getaway near the beach, University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW), and music venues. The house is in equidistant from Carolina and Wrightsville beach - about a 15-20 minute drive in either direction. Come explore the amazing restaurants and boutiques that Wilmington has to offer.
Travel in minutes to UNCW and music venues. You can walk to nearby Wallace Park. The cottage has an open floor plan with brand new kitchen, a farm table dining room and a comfy living room with sofa and swivel chairs.

Brand new stainless steel appliances in a fully equipped kitchen for your 'stay at home' culinary efforts. You have full use of the air fryer, blender, pots and pans and coffee bar. The coffee bar includes a Cuisinart coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker and a french press. We have Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts coffee for you along with an array of teas to choose from.
The living room has a Samsung 'The Frame' TV which allows you to chose art to be displayed when the tv is not being used. It is a smart TV like all the tv's in the house. You can access cable and log-in to your favorite apps.

The first floor bedroom has a king size Casper bed for a restful night of sleep. Behind the sliding barn door is a full bath and makeup vanity. Smart TV for you to enjoy.

On the second floor, the second bedroom also has a king size Casper bed for a restful evening of sleep. There is a workspace for those times you need to work remotely. And, you will find a fabric steamer in that bedroom's closet.
The third bedroom has a queen bed, and bunk beds with a full and twin. Smart TVs in every bedroom.
Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The pantry in the laundry room holds small appliances, some cleaning supplies, first aid supplies, games, puzzles, and some beach towels.

Family Weekend

It was great. The host was incredibly helpful and very responsive. The house had everything you would want and more! The road outside was a bit busy, as other guests have noted, so that is why it is four stars for location.

Cozy cottage for visit to UNCW and downtown

We visited our daughter at UNCW and went downtown. It was an older home but cozy, quaint, nicely decorated and close to downtown. The beds were comfy, the showered had great water pressure and the home was well stocked with supplies. Joe was a very responsive host! We also enjoyed the coffee shop across the street.

Wilmington Cottage

We booked a last minute trip to Wilmington and were fortunate to find this property available. The house is on a busy street but we knew that going in and it wasn’t a problem. The house is very charming in cool area of town with a lot of historic homes. The house was very clean and also well stocked with soaps, shampoo, towels, coffee etc. It was close to downtown and 10 to 15 minutes to Wrightsville beach. Joe was also very friendly and responsive to one inquiry I had. We’d definitely stay there again.
