-POOL CAN BE HEATED AT A DAILY RATE OF $75
-HEAT WILL BE CAPPED 78 DEGREES, UNLESS AGREED UPOM OTHERWISE
-UPON GUESTS REQUEST, POOL CAN BE HEATED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL FOR AN ADDITIONAL DAILY RATE.
-POOL HEATER WILL RUN FROM 8AM-8PM, UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED UPON
-POOL HEATING FEE MUST BE PAID FOR PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

-Open concept living room and kitchen

-Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances + gas range.
- Dining table for 8.
- Island seating for 6.
- 2 electronic reclining leather sofas in living room, for a comfy theater experience.
- Air conditioning for the hot summer months.

PRIMARY SUITE
- First Floor primary with King size bed and private bathroom with shower, double sink, and wash-let.

BEDROOM 2
- 1st floor with 1 queen size bed

BEDROOM 3
- 1ST floor with queen size bed and full size pull out trundle bed.

BEDROOM 4
- Secluded space located in its own private structure near the pool. King size bed with AC/Heating and panoramic views.

TWO MEMORY FOAM SOFA BED COUCHES
-Located in front of pellet stove, in living room
-Both couches fold out into twin size beds

FULL BATHROOM
- 1ST floor bathroom tub/shower, full size vanity
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided

SECOND FULL BATHROOM
- 1ST floor bathroom shower, 30 inch vanity.
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided

LAUNDRY
- Laundry closet is accessible for all guests and can be found in the mudroom.
-Full size washer and dryer, detergent provided

BAY SIDE DECK
- 1st floor back porch with bay views

OCCUPANCY: 12 Person Maximum. First 10 guests are covered under the daily rate and each additional guest is $75 per night.

SECURITY CAMERAS: There are security cameras on the front door and back porch in place for your security, safety, and liability reasons.

SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING PROPERTY. SMOKING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

PETS: Pets are NOT allowed.

CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are sometimes allowed on a case by case basis.

OTHER SAFETY:
NO third party bookings. Person that makes the reservation must be the person that checks-in.
