We stayed a week. It was clean and the host and house cleaner were very friendly. A bit out of the tourist zone. That was perfect.

The host of this property never contacted me or sent my check-in instructions, I was not able to be refunded for my fee to hold the reservation and had to find a different accommodation on the fly. Would not recommend this property or any properties by this person.

Check-in was terrible

The host messaged me with codes for entry that didn't work. After contacting the host's emergency line, I was able to reach someone who can get the correct codes. Apartments were clean and modern.

Overall ok

Easy to communicate with property manager who quickly corrected a couple issues. I missed this unit being on the third floor, which is my fault, but i would have opted out if i read better. The photos are not of either unit I was given but they are similar. Kitchenette had settings for 2 people max. Temperature in room was very comfortable. Entrance has padlock for security.

My check-in started off a bit weird. I didn't receive any of the info until the day of arrival. When it came it was in Spanish...so I was standing outside of the condo unit with my luggage trying to connect to WiFi so I could communicate with the property manager. No one greeted me. This was first in all of my travels. I've never just been given a code and left. Once I received the info in English I was able to get in. No elevators so you have to carry your luggage up flights of stairs. The condo was really cute. It was nice and modern. Let's talk about the pros first. The location was fantastic. Little corner store across the st and a grocery store, produce store and restaurants just around the corner on Av. CTM. About 15 mins to the beach and about 10 mins to 5th Ave. If you love to walk this location is perfect! I had the rooftop pool to myself most of the time. It was fantastic. The shower always had hot water and lots of pressure. WiFi was great. Had it in the room and on the rooftop. Negatives - which I don't do often. No one greets you when you check in if you pay ahead of time. If you ask a question you won't be answered. You will have to ask again and then they will tell you to contact someone else. I had 3 #s to contact for my stay. Couldn't figure out the fan. Button on the toilet didn't work well. No beach towel provided even tho they said there would be one. No face cloth. Dull knives in the kitchen.Bring an eye mask to sleep.Bed is hard. Headboard isn't attached

Apres plusieurs tentatives de rejoindre le proprietaire, je m'en suis remis a VRBO, l'avant veille de notre depart, la veille et le jour meme afin d'obtenur le code pour entrer. Nous avons du canceller et trouver un autre endroit a se loger le jour de notre arrivee , un vrai cauchemar que je ne souhaite a personne.

Hidden Gem

Location is in the neighborhood so it is not a commercialized resort setting. For me that was a plus as I prefer a more locally immersed setting. However it is a beautiful little gem which is literally only a few minutes walk to the beach, 5th Avenue, restaurants shops and all of the amenities. The property itself is wonderfully modern boho chic. The rooms are spacious with fully equipped kitchen, walk in rainshower bathroom and personal balcony with loungers. Upstairs the rooftop pool and common lounge / bar area adds the perfect touch. The pictures are 100% accurate. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be booking again for my next trip to PDC. 😊
