This spacious 1st floor condo has a king suite ideal for travelers to relax and recharge with 24 security, fully equipped kitchen, and high speed wifi. Relax by the garden pool or take a short 4 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Playa Del Carmen!
The condo is located close to great beaches and beach clubs, 5 minute walk to the North end of 5th Ave. yet still in a quiet area of Playa.
What makes this particular property so unique is the tranquil style pool and garden that transports you to your own private oasis. This is one of the few condo complexes which still has a ground level pool and garden space; the newer buildings have hot rooftop pools and limited outdoor spaces.
The condo itself has everything you need to enjoy a stress free vacation. Need a fast reliable network? We have the fastest available! The complex also has poolside wifi as well. You can enjoy the pool and courtyard while still keeping in touch with the digital world. Please check all rules and regulations tab.
Our property manager will greet you at the 24/7 security hut and take you to your condo to explain everything you need to know about the unit, amenities and the complex. Please note, charge for electricity during your stay.
Ready for a day at the beach? Just grab the two new Tommy Bahama chairs, fill up the provided cooler with your drinks and snacks and take a 4 minute stroll to one of Playa’s most beautiful beach.
We have plenty of free safe parking for our guest right in front of the unit. The spacious condo has a living room with plenty of seating, a full size sofa that converts into a full size bed, 55 inch smart TV with hundreds of channels including Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Dining room includes seating for four that includes all dishes and utensils. Come and enjoy everything that Playa Del Carmen has to offer and enjoy your stay at Casa De Namaste! The condo complex provides 24 hour security, entrance into the complex for guest using secure FOB or our convenient fingerprint system that allows you to not have to worry about losing keys at the beach! The tourist police station is also located right across the street from the complex for added security! This also ensures that if you have a vehicle, it will remain safe in the free parking spot right in front of the unit.

This condo exceeded our expectations. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well-appointed, and everything we needed for a day at the beach was provided. The location is about as close as you can get to Coco Beach access without staying at a hotel. The pool area is lovely and peaceful, and we especially enjoyed the ground-level patio, where the Wi-Fi worked well and I was able to work comfortably. Both the host and the property manager were extremely responsive and helpful.

Unfortunately, this wasn't the best stay we've had. Numerous issues came up, like the wifi constantly cutting out hourly, the pool was closed for 3 days due to a child defecating in it, zero instructions on what to do when there's a 6 hour power outage, on 2 separate occasions. The water gets completely shut off during this, so no cold showers to cool off. No batteries for flash lights, we had to search for candles. The place just wasn't up to our cleanliness standards. The floors were sandy upon arrival, the sheets on the bed were stained and dirty. It is close to everything but the smell of rotting vegetation (sargassum) was everywhere. We know the owners can't control that, but if you're looking for a nice sandy beach, this isn't the place. The main beach at playa del Carmen was lovely, but it is a 35 min walk through the main drag where the locals harass you repeatedly to buy their stuff. Over all we wouldn't stay here again.

Perfect condo!

When we arrived, Griselda was there to greet us and communicated with us perfectly! The property is located in a super convenient location minutes to the beach and minutes to fifth Avenue. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you’d need including coffee. We will definitely be rebooking the next time we go to play del Carmen.

Our little winter get away

It was a nice place to stay. Backside oasis around the pool was awesome front side just ok. Property management was great only had 1 problem with water heater but he was on it right away! Nice beach close by with supplied beach chairs and cooler.

This place was just what we needed. Even though the humidity is something that I did not expect lol but the AC they have in the condo worked great and made it so fresh and relaxing to sleep comfortably. We were close to the beach and to restaurants. We walked almost everywhere and were able to make it to all 3 meals close by. Griselda is amazing. Will definitely book again. Gated community and a 711 and farmacia next door which made it very convenient. Thank you Guys !!

Fabulous Stay in Paradise

We stayed in Casa Namaste for 9 days and could not have asked for a better home away from home. The condo had so many extras that moved us to give it a 5-star review: a large bottle of hand sanitizer in the kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels, laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets, shower products, 2 large bottles of purified water and a dispenser, plenty of closet space and hangers, beach gear, and top-quality paper products (tissues and toilet paper). The pool is a peaceful oasis we enjoyed daily, and Coco Beach was just a short walk. Griselda is a fabulous property manager. We could not recommend this property enough!

Just a block away from the beach

We loved our time in Playa del Carmen. This unit is just one block away from the beach, has a nice pool area and a very good Italian restaurant in the same block as well as a 7/11 convenient store. When we arrived the unit was clean and stocked with essentials. A very nice add was the beach umbrellas and the chairs. The only thing that I wish I knew was that the police station was right outside. Not a bad thing just wish it was listed somewhere.

Very well equipped inside with everything one needs in a household. Staff was nice and friendly. Owner communicates via Whatsapp, so make sure you have a Whatsapp account for ease of communication. Quiet and secure. Close to the main drag of restaurants and tourist activites. The beach is close by. You have to pay for electricity based on what you use. This is so silly. Would be much easier to just increase the rent of the unit by a little. It is just extra work that was an unnecessary waste of time at check out.

Pleasant Stay

Condo Manager Griselda was very helpful and communicated promptly before and during the stay with detail instructions via email and what’s app It was a very friendly and family environment, a couple of blocks from the beach and about 3 blocks from 5ave right across the street from a police station. It’s located towards the end of the road surrounded by condo and an XXO 7/11 and pharmacy next door. The condo had everything you needed for a day at the beach chairs umbrella ice cooler beach towels mat sunscreen so pack light. The only issue was toilet had to be plunger serval time but if you do it before use it helps. The apartment stays pretty cool so no need to run AC all day just at night and you’ll be responsible for the electricity bill when you leave which was very reasonable. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Best possible location in town

Close enough to the avenue and best beaches yet very quiet. Do yourself a favor and venture away from 5th for better and cheaper food. Cozy and family-friendly, well-stocked house to better enjoy amenities, especially chairs and coolers for the beach, and some floaties for a shaded pool/palapa house that hosts an eco market on Fridays and has a masseuse you can book. Listing states there is a hot tub, there is none, but that wasn’t an issue. Utilized the hosts tour guide recommendation, Freddy, to see some things and he was reasonable, though it helps to know some Spanish. Very comfortable stay, everything you need… bug spray, sunscreen, shampoo/cond etc in multitudes. Kitchen stocked with necessities and extras for cooking, cocktails, fancy coffee and tea, and most importantly a washer and dryer for clothes. Pay for power which is ok, just practice sustainability, but you can definitely get a super hot shower if you need. Would definitely prefer this again over the newer condos. Had a classic Caribbean feel.

My husband and I stayed at Casa Namaste over Christmas. We kept the properties' beach chairs and umbrella in our rental vehicle the entire vacation. Very handy! The grill by the pool was nice too. My husband and I are early to bed/early rise. Casa Namaste settles down early. Friday and Saturday were a little later (understandable), but still earlier than any other beach property. As noted in the description, there is a police station across the street. If you are uncomfortable around guns (myself), then it's a bit intimidating. There are police trucks parked across the street with officers loaded in the truck beds carrying automatic rifles. I understand they are there for our safety. It's just different. Overall, you can't beat the value of this property! It has everything you need.

One of our favourite holidays.

Hello, a big thanks to Ruben and Vicki-Lynne for renting their location in Playa del Carmen. Our 10 day stay was fantastic!! The unit/complex is in a perfect location. It’s a close walk to great beaches. We loved what we called the north beach, straight left of the complex on Flamingo and right down a short path when one can’t walk anymore left. You can walk for KM’s along the beach. It was wonderful to have beach chairs, and umbrella provided and available to use. Fifth Ave. is two or three blocks up the small hill. It’s a short 12 ish or so minutes away from a larger grocery store. We loaded up upon our arrival and cabbed back to the unit. The 7-11 right beside the unit was super nice…we used it several times. It was great to have it right there. The unit was extremely clean, well laid out, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay, including a couple jugs of water (what an amazing touch). The pool area was also wonderful. We ate breakfast every morning on the back patio, and relaxed by the pool each evening before bed…it was lovely. You’re close enough to all the great things Playa del Carmen has to offer and yet far enough away that you don’t hear anything. If was perfect. We’d for sure stay in this great place again.

Depending on your needs and expectations, this is a great property in Playa del Carmen

We had a very nice vacation at Casa Namaste. Here is a summary of the pros and cons of this property. Depending on how picky you are about sound, location, and aspects of cleanliness, this could be a perfect stay that fits your needs and budget. Pros: 1. Private pool and deck area 2. Gated property with electronic lock 3. Proximity to great local beach - deep and wide 4. Next door to 7/11 5. Excellent property manager, Griselda 6. Lots of amenities - new washer/dryer, stove, micro, beach chairs, bags, utensils, sunscreen, etc. etc. 7. Great restaurants down street and nearby on Calle 38. 8. Very nice grocery store on Avenida CTM. 9. Comfortable and clean bed and living room furniture 10. Clean bathroom and floors. Cons 1. Water heater is right outside apartment next to headboard. It runs periodically all day and night. If you're a light sleeper, bring really good ear plugs. 2. Everything that's metal is rusty. The beach chairs, coffee pot, light fixtures, patio chairs, etc. Just cover things or ignore it as it is a very damp climate. 3. Noise from construction next door. It's not every day but many weekdays. 4. The neighborhood is quiet but you are a good 10 min. walk to 5th avenue/38th street and the grocery. 5. Bathroom is very nice, but be aware that there is mold around the base of the shower in the humid environment. 6. There are many food items like coffee, creamer and items left behind from other guests. But, be sure to check use by dates as many are expired.

Good value for location

Overall for the price it is a value! The location makes up for the few problems. Hopefully this is a fair review to inform others. Great location-2 blocks or so to beach access. Great communication & instructions from owner. Property manager on site& responded quickly to issues. Enjoyed the foilage around pool. 10 minute walk to big grocery store, 2 other large grocery stores are 10-15 more minutes. Kitchen has many spices & pantry extras. It had enough paper towels, soap, shampoo, TP, sunscreen, body lotion, etc. Appreciated the door lock that was numeric and didn't need a key. (An electronic key is needed to enter the complex.) Appreciated the beach chairs. Security is present as is cleaning staff. The complex is cared for even thouht the outside looks a little "shady" A curtain rod broke but they didn't charge me. Thank youNegatives: wished screen door latched or locked and the deadbolt on the door worked. Most of my other complaints about the unit are from it being weathered-the tropics are getting the best of it. It needs some TLC. Door and windows don't seal. A full-size frog and a gecko/lizard were in the unit. The bathroom window was loose. The laundry room window wouldn't close. There was water runing down the wall and into the floors under both A/C units and paint is peeling and raised up- on doors too. Sliding doors in bedroom easily get off track. FYI: Busy sidewalk right outside living room, but can be entertaining.h, but i just stopped using it. on th right

Fantastic Stay in Our New Favorite Location

Lovely ground level condo - steps away from the pool with a nice terrace where we enjoyed our coffee and the sound of birds each morning. Essentials: comfortable, king size bed with good pillows. Nice shower, good water pressure, plenty of hot water. A huge bonus was the quality – and quantity - of the towels, including plush bath towels and a variety of beach towels. The kitchen is very well equipped. Other features not always available in rentals that turn a good stay into an excellent one: a large washer and dryer AND detergent and my favorite: two new Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs - also a beach umbrella, pool noodles, string bags, yoga mats, and other thoughtful amenities. Beach chairs are a huge bonus considering the quality of the gorgeous beach just to the north of the condo. (See more at Location) Grounds and Amenities: I love the old-Playa vibe here – palapa roof, wooden balcony beams, palm trees – so nice compared with the massive concrete squares so prevalent in the area now. The grounds are gorgeous and center on the beautiful pool with its soothing rock waterfall feature. The loungers are comfortable and the poolside palapa has strong wi-fi. There is an Eco-Market under the palapa every Friday morning - we ate tacos and bought art! Location: We have been visiting Playa del Carmen for 15 years, staying between a week and a month on each visit. Each time we move further north as the calm vibe and the “old Playa” we fell in love with has evaporated further south. I'm convinced that the sweet spot is between 38 and CTM (where Les Alizes is located). Here you are still walking distance to many longtime favorite restaurants as well as supermarkets (new Chedraui 10th & c/34). We had delicious wood fired pizza a few steps away at Salento and there is a 7-11 literally next door. Best of all, with the seasonal erosion of several beaches further south, you are steps away from the gorgeous, pristine beach between The Reef Coco Beach and Punta Esmerelda, which is backed by undeveloped land. There are no services or beach clubs, and this is where the backpack beach chairs are key. Enter the beach on the north side of The Reef – just a block away from the condo. Communication & Assistance: Information and communication from both the owner and on-site manager Griselda was outstanding - prompt and very helpful when we had questions. The condo was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Excellent value for what the condo offers.

My wife and I love to travel and explore all the world has to offer. I'm from Chicago and my wife is from Canada. We met while traveling and have been working, traveling and living life to the fullest ever since!
After traveling to many area's of Mexico, we decided to purchase in Playa Del Carmen due to the richness of the culture, vast history, friendliness of the people and the diversity of the city
Playa has some of the best beaches, and food, including vegan in the county.

Casa De Namaste is a spacious (1000sq. ft.) 1 bedroom condo.
- It has a large comfortable living room that includes a new 50 in. smart TV, sofa(bed) chairs, lamps, coffee table with ceiling fan and plenty of natural light.
- The dining area has seating for four with everything needed to have lunch and dinner. - It also has a breakfast bar seating area for two.
- The kitchen is equipped with a large 4 burner gas stove, over stove exhaust with light, full size fridge and freezer, large toaster oven, microwave and bread toaster. It has both coffee maker and Keurig.
- All utensils, pots, pans and everything else needed to cook a meal is included in the unit.
- Clean bottled water is included for your entire stay.
- When your ready for some drinks, the unit has a blender for making some famous margarita's!
- The bathroom has a full size shower with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. New bath sheets, bath towel, and face cloths are also included along with beach and pool towels.
- The bedroom has a brand new King size bed, end tables with lamps, plenty of closet space that includes hangers, plenty of drawer space and a built in safe. It has an AC unit with remote and ceiling fan. It also has a full dresser and TV. Iron and board are also in the unit.
- The condo has a full size washer and dryer that guest are free to use and includes detergent and fabric softener.
- Two new Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a cooler are ready for you to take to the beach to enjoy a day of fun and sun.
- Morning coffee can be enjoyed right outside your bedroom on the private shaded patio that has a table with four chairs. This tranquil patio area has a beautiful view of the gardens and pool area.

One of the best and unique features of the property is the beautiful pool with a waterfall feature, large palapa, outdoor grill and shaded sitting area with wet bar for all our guest to enjoy.
This tranquil pool is surrounded by what can only be described as a beautiful jungle atmosphere. It is surrounded by lush bushes, coconut trees, large plants that makes it a stunning and tranquil oasis!
Enjoy your morning coffee on your poolside patio or walk a few hundred meters to watch the sunrise on the beach.
Les Alizes is a unique property in that it's walking distance to all that Playa Del Carmen has to offer. 300 meters to a beautiful beach, steps to great restaurants (Italian, Vegan) and two short blocks to the North end of Playa's famous 5th Ave. where you can find all kinds of nightlife, bars, music, shops, and the best food in Playa! At Les Alizes, you'll find great service from our property manager Grizelda, who will meet and greet you and show you all the property and condo has to offer.
She will answer all your questions and assist in any way possible.
A short 4 minute walk is all you need to take to reach a number of beach clubs located right on the nearby beach.
Les Alizes in Playa Del Carmen is only 40 minutes from Cancun airport and can be easily reached by rental car, private transportation or shared bus or van.
-There is 24 hour security, 7 days a week located at the guard stand on the property.
- A tourist police station is located right outside the Condo complex.
-Walmart, Mega Store, Mall of las Americas Playa are all a short distance from the complex.
- 7-Eleven is next door for ICE and snacks.
