Beautiful home with pool, so much space to play and enjoy with your friends or family. We have video games, board games, karaoke, and a mediation room. This home is a unique home, with a beautiful outdoor space. The two decks give you a covered area to lounge by the pool or the dogwood tree with string lights at night is the perfect place to relax. The 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home has everything you need to enjoy your time away from home.
-close to everything! 75 and 575, Town Center Mall and KSU. Kennesaw City Limits, LakePoint and Atlanta Braves Stadium too.

The property has an enclosed garage where the property manager will be if they are on the property. Deliveries, pool, lawn and trash maintenance will be done on a regular basis. The main house does not have access to this area and the backyard is separated with a bamboo fence.
*pool is off Oct-Dec rates are reflect the change. Its still blue and beautiful.
*Pet Friendly Property- Do not book if you are allergic to animals.

Perfect baseball getaway

We came down for a baseball tournament at Lakepoint sports complex. Location was close to everything. We hung out by the pool when we were not playing.. we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

The best spot to book!

The home was amazing. Clean, very speacious, backyard has to be my favorite thing. Was able to accommodate our group for a wedding and couldn’t have had a better place! Was such an amazing weekend and the host was always super responsive and made sure the home met our needs and was able to exceed our expectations 10/10!!!

Everything we could imagin

I’ve stayed in quite a few homes and this one by far was the best. We had plenty of supplies towels and additional stuff we could only imagine to use. Not to mention communication with the home owner was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing house

There are so many good things to say about this property- the location, the owner, the amenities in the house, the yard & pool. We have stayed in quite a few houses/condos & this one is by far the most stocked in all areas. The owner was great in the detailed instructions & telling you everything the house has to offer before our arrival. The outside backyard area is so pretty at night with all the lights & the pool. The pictures don’t do it justice. We will definitely stay at this house again. Thank you for everything you have at the house!

Beautiful relaxing house in Kennesaw

We were in town for a baseball tournament in June 2022 and stayed at this three bedroom 2 1/2 bath beautiful home. The house was very clean upon check in and very comfortable with ample room for a nice size family or group. There were a couple of hiccups as far as appliances but communication and response with the owner was excellent! I would give her a 5+ stars if I could. The missing items were brought over immediately and she made sure that we were comfortable and happy in the home the entire time. The swimming pool in the back was a plus on very hot days after baseball games and we love hanging out there. If I had to make any suggestions it would be that the pool did need a thorough cleaning as there was mud and dirt at the bottom of it but it didn’t keep us from swimming and enjoying the beautiful backyard. I would highly recommend this home if you want an enjoyable stay with a very responsive owner.

Good Karma

This house was excellent. The photographs don't really show how big it actually is. It actually has 2 yards (i dont know how else to word it). High ceilings, long spaces. Two "bar-like" areas in the kitchen connecting to the dining room which just added a sense of openness. The bedrooms were great, the Master wow. I don't know how she doesn't just live there 24/7. Even the upstairs overlooked the entire living room, there was just always a sense of open and I don't think there is even 1 hallway in the entire house. The decor was superb, I've never met this woman but I feel like I know her at leastva tiny bit upon leaving. Those blankets on the couch were S tier. Ive never wrapped myself like a burrito in any blanket as good as those. Even the neighbors were awesome.

Why they chose this property

The vibe here is all you need to enjoy your time away from your home. However, it also has a pool, beautiful gardens with flowers, herbs and vegetables and lots of outdoor seating to rest and relax. A fun game is to use a plant identifying app to see all the different varieties of plants through out the property, mint and oregano grow wild in the pots. The solar lights give the evenings a beautiful glow and it has a fire pit for ambiance all season. You just have to come an experience it for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

What makes this property unique

We call this the Kennesaw Peace House. The birds are a perk, they sing loudly and are a beautiful way to start your day, listening to them with a cup of coffee on the covered deck or under the dogwood tree in the morning. The salt water pool right outside to enjoy day or night. It's a unique experience having such a calm place to stay in the rush of a big city.
