Welcome to our quiet gated "Dose of Disney" at Tuscana, a three bedroom condo at an incredible resort with an amazing resort pool, bar and restaurant only a few miles from Disney World and close to Universal Studios, Sea World and Legoland! Located in Champions Gate, the Tuscana resort is one of the nicest resort pool communities near Disney World, with dozens of restaurants and amenities including an onsite pool bar and restaurant. Nightly fireworks can be seen from our balcony!

This condo is owned and frequented by the host of the top free Disney and Universal Parks Podcast, "A Dryer Dose of Disney". This podcast has hundreds of tips and tricks to make your Disney and Universal trip easier, less expensive, and hopefully with shorter wait times!

When you return from the parks, relax and unwind at the end of your busy day at the resort pool and hot tub, with free cabanas for those looking to escape the sun. The pool includes both a large pool and kids splash area, both with their own cabanas. Additionally, there is an onsite restaurant and bar for the adults at the pool! If you didn’t have enough exercise in your day, there is free gym on site. If you forgot any necessities in your travels, there is an onsite self service convenience store in the pool clubhouse.

Fireworks nightly from the balcony! We are a few miles away, so they are not huge, and you can't hear them, but if it's clear you should be able to see them every night!

With three bedrooms and two full baths, this condo can accommodate a large family, or a group of families traveling together. Additionally, being on the top floor with elevator access, you'll never hear someone walking above you in this condo!

For those looking for luxury, the Master Bedroom features a split adjustable King Bed with the most comfortable mattresses you've ever slept on! Additionally, the queen bed in the second bedroom will guide you into slumber after a long busy day. Both adult bedrooms have TV and cable! While relaxing in the living room, prop your tired feet up with one of two recliners while you enjoy either a book or streaming your favorite shows on the TV.

The kids' room is complete with a bunk bed, with a full bed on the bottom and twin bed up top. Additionally, there is a full crib set up available in the closet, so leave your pack and play at home!

When the kids are still wound up and excited, let them enjoy the complimentary Xbox Series X loaded with games while you unwind with a cool drink on the screen enclosed balcony overlooking the Reunion Golf Course. If the night is clear, you can even see the Disney Fireworks.

After a restful night sleep, get ready to hit the attractions or golf again with your water bottles full of Reverse Osmosis water, avoiding the stinky sulfur Orlando water often found at other resorts and theme parks.
