This cozy cottage has been completely remodeled, but has retained its coastal New England charm. Take a short walk to the marina where you'll find local restaurants and bars, coffee shops, and ice cream. The property is bordered by conservation land on two sides, offering backyard privacy.
Hop in the car for a quick drive to nearby vineyards, breweries, golf courses, beaches, restaurants, boating, kayaking, and historical landmarks.
****Round Hill is our beautiful town beach, about 5 miles away. The beach requires an out of town week pass. You will need to get this from the Town Hall (Parks Department) during weekday business hours. Subject to change- consult with the Town of Dartmouth website for up to date information
