Unique in the that it is a 2 bedroom with a living room and a Den (with 75 inch TV) front and back lanai facing golf course. pool and hot tub about 300 feet from the front door . beach chairs, coolers 10-15 min ride to beach you are set to go! enjoy bike riding, tennis for free and unlimited golf and clubhouse use for $400 transfer fee. renters must comply with the rules of Foxfire Country club
