A Brookside unit located on the second floor offers beautiful views of the lake and golf course. Facing east you will enjoy the morning sun from the lanai, living room and breakfast/kitchen. This condo is private, relaxing, and located near the elevator.

In addition to golf, the country club offers a large heated swimming pool, fitness center, four immaculate Har-Tru Clay, Wind Screened tennis courts with night lighting, restaurant, extensive bar and many social activities.

The condo is tastefully and newly decorated and painted. Front door screen. The master and guest bedrooms each have a queen sized bed. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room. New large screen flat panel TV and Blu-Ray DVD player in Living Room. New flat panel TV in Master bedroom. New carpet in bedrooms and granite countertops installed in kitchen and bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped but the club house restaurant offers outstanding casual and fine dining. Wireless Internet Access and local telephone service is also provided.

The membership transfer fee will allow you access to challenging golf on a beautiful private 18 hole championship golf course, use of the aqua-driving range, and putting greens.

Cedar Hammock is a beautifully landscaped, gated golf community surrounded by natural preserve and lakes. It has easy access to Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW), is a quick drive to downtown Naples, Marco Island, the beaches, shopping, restaurants and many activities.

Golfers paradise

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The community that it sets in is absolutely perfect. The owner of the condo has been so gracious and we are already dreaming of retiring here. This home is stocked well with all of the essentials for cooking, sleeping comfortably and relaxing. It even has beach chairs but we never wanted to leave the community. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the screened in lanai overlooking the golf course. I would give this property more stars if I could.

My husband and I have stayed in LuAnn and Richards lovely second hole, second floor condo for a number of years. The condo is tastefully decorated and in a lovely, quiet location. The unit faces the second hole tee boxes and is a mecca for wildlife. In addition to some wild golfers (just kidding), we have seen eagles, ospreys, hawks, herons, and many other bird species. Also, fun to watch otters, turtles and the occasional alligator. A handy pair of binoculars is at the ready for checking out these creatures close up. The lanai is a very comfortable spot to enjoy throughout the day. The lanai has screens on TWO sides for your viewing pleasure. The unit is always well stocked with the necessities and LuAnn is a joy to work with when booking and if anything comes up during your stay. Their Brookside model is especially nice because it is on the golf course side and has a very open floor plan. The eat in kitchen has a great view of the course, there is a separate more formal dining area, and the living room with sliding glass doors to the lanai (also with a direct view of the course), presents a very open and airy feeling. Also having the bedrooms in the back means you will not be awakened at 5 in the morning when they are mowing the greens! If you have guests, the guest bedroom and bathroom can be completely closed off with a pocket door. Finally, the golf course and all its amenities are absolutely fabulous! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. You will not be disappointed if you choose to use your precious vacation days enjoying LuAnn and Richards lovely condo. Cheers!

Your Paradise Vacation

This is a lovely condo. The pictures shown are exactly what you get. All the furniture throughout the condo was very comfortable and plenty of chairs for entertaining. They even supplied beach chairs, towels, a beach bag and a small cooler. The view from the lanai overlooked a section of the golf course and was a very pleasant place to have morning coffee or enjoy a quiet evening dinner. The unit is in the end building of the complex, which meant no traffic and a quiet atmosphere. We also enjoyed the food at the club house and of course the pools. I recommend this condo for anyone that wants to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

Don't miss out on this one!

We rented this condo for Jan. and Feb. 2011. We found the unit very clean and well equipped and comfortably furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed the golf course, club house with all it's ammeties and found all our neighbors very friendly. The beaches are outstanding and plenty of restaurants. Our favorite restaurant is Chops located on Fifth Avenue. The owners were always helpful and quick to respond with questions we had. I highly recommend considering this condo to rent.

We have always loved vacationing on the Gulf Coast of Florida. It wasn't until we were invited to Cedar Hammock for a fun filled week-end of golf and tennis; did we even consider purchasing a place in Naples. Yes, we fell in love with Cedar Hammock.

We were impressed with the beautifully maintained surroundings, the pristine golf course, tennis courts, pools, restaurant and friendly staff. We have met many friendly and interesting residents and guests from all over the world.

What makes this property unique

We love nature and enjoy the wildlife especially the birds we have seen while walking the beach, out on the golf course and from our lanai.
