We had a hard time accessing the property due to the keypads being inoperable when we arrived. They were fixed quickly. The smoke detector was also going off, so we called again and he removed it.Overall the property was very clean. The bathtub/shower faucets do leak.It isn't exactly what we expected per the pictures on VRBO however it was a quaint little apartment in a safe area with many available things within walking distance. We did enjoy the porch VERY much every evening.

Comfortable stay

We were very pleased with our stay, it was great location for visiting with family. I like to walk along the river and it was a quick short drive to meet up with friends. Very quiet neighborhood. ( we probably made noise for them, my little grandsons can be loud! lol). Would recommend to others.

Great location for our visit to North Tonawanda and the Riviera Theatre. Walking distance to the Main Street with many food options!We enjoyed the front porch a lot, even visited with the couple staying upstairs!The beds were comfy after our long day. We had everything we needed. Large kitchen. Will definitely return next time we have tickets for a show.The owner was very responsive, with recommendations and helpful advice.

Good but needs a few updates

1) Checked in and apartment seemed damp and musty. Turned thermostat down from 74 to 71 and that helped. 2) Bathroom door is a thin plastic material that folds. Didn't provide much privacy sound wise. 3) Bathroom vent let out into the kitchen which is not good for odors or moisture. If these 3 things were fixed, I would give it a better rating.

very nice stay

everything was ok, bur opened drawer for the silverware and there was two spoons that had white stuff on them. looks like someone ate something with and licked the spoon and put it back in drawer. It was a turnoff. Also, the outlet in the bathroom did not work.

Dangerous shower

The property is in an old remodeled house. We thought that as a public property that ADA guidelines were required. The shower is part bathtub/shower. Access is over a extra 6" wall on top of the tub. I am 78yrs old and 90% disabled military vet. I had a difficult time getting in and out. Not to mention the tub bottom is slippery.NO grabbars anywhere. Thank God the shower curtain rod was piece os pipe achored to the wall. If you want I have pictures. In addition access to the laundry facilities is in the cellar. The cellar stairs are step slanted forward with NO handrail. Very dangerous. The photos do not tell a true story. In addition the unit is dark. And the AC comes on and you would think a 737 is taking off. We have rented VRBO's in many states and including foreign countries. This was the worst. I wish I could give a better rating But the shower is dangerous

Great apartment, easy to get to the Niagra Falls

We rented the lower apartment. Visited family and the Falls. No problems with arrivals at the apartment. It was clean and updated. The kitchen has everything in it, if you want to cook. The neighborhood was quiet. Enough places to have some good food or a coffee downtown North Tonawanda.

Perfect 1 Night Stay

The property was perfect for our needs. We needed a spot to stay while doing a day trip into Canada to see Niagara Falls. The host was amazing from start to finish. Everything was exactly as described. There is lots to do nearby and great food too! We would definitely use this host and location again if ever back this way.

Great home base to explore Niagara

We spent a long weekend exploring both the US and Canadian side of the Falls, state parks and beaches. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to questions.

Quiet Neighborhood with Lots of Room

This property was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The home was easy to access and felt very safe. The only suggestion I would give is to have more light in the back of the home where we are expected to park. It was very dark at night. Overall, great place to stay!

The hosts were very communicative. The instructions for accessing the property were spot on. Property is exactly as described. There's a festival currently going on so the streets have many people walking. It was actually a very welcoming feeling. I would definitely rent from these hosts again!

Great location

Brian was very attentive, made sure we had everything we needed. Stayed in the first floor of the home which was very clean. Kitchen had all essentials. Nice neighborhood, felt safe walking to town. This is an older home so there is no sound barrier between floors but that is to be expected. Very convenient to the Falls or Buffalo, both within 20 minutes. Would definitely stay here again. The only misinformation is the listing states sleeps 6, there is only 2 beds and a normal sofa

Nice to be back "home"

I grew up in NT. This house was perfect for our visit back for our family reunion!! Super clean, great location in a nice quiet neighborhood so we could sleep. Will absolutely try to use this property again next time we need a place to stay!
