This unique place has a style all its own. I bedroom(king bed) Futon in living room. Base price is for 2 person $10 for each additional person. 1 Bath, full kitchen, Washer Dryer, large covered patio is centrally located close to Spar water park, sports fields, rodeo arena, Creole Nature Trail, Casinos, Refineries and LNG work sites. Many great restaurants near by.
Complementary starter coffee pods and bottled water provided in home.
Weekly and monthly Discount rates, We do alow house broken pets. A maximum of 2 dogs under 50lb there is a $40 pet fee per stay. Please acknowledge pets on the reservation.

We were very pleased with the location. Great little house to stay at. We felt like we were in our own home. We felt very fortunate to find the place. Everything you could possibly need was provided by the property owners. Minutes away from Lake Charles, as well. I would rate it as if a 5 star hotel.

Perfect quiet spot in a friendly neighborhood.

Fantastic house with a fantastic host. He takes care of any needs & its obvious he cares about customer satisfaction, which is not something that can be said for many other hosts. Neighborhood is nice & quiet so its perfect for staying at while on a work trip. You won't be awoken in the middle of the night by any rowdiness.

Great place

Booked this rental for a work week & absolutely loved it. House stayed cool the entire time. Bed & pillows are very comfortable. House is clean as can be & the neighborhood is very quiet. Backyard area of the home is nice for relaxing. The only thing I could say to improve would be a newer shower head. Overall a very pleasant experience & will definitely be a returning customer. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
