🚨 Building Fee: Please note, the building administration charges a mandatory, one-time registration fee of $50 per person, payable by credit card at the front desk upon check-in. This fee does not apply to children.

Community Rules: ⚠️ To respect our neighbors, loud music, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in significant fines 📈 from building management, which will be charged to the responsible guest.

Key Policy: For building security, only one set of keys/fobs is provided per reservation.

Late Visitors: ⚠️ An additional fee of $50 will be charged by the building for any unregistered visitors arriving after 11:00 PM.

Luggage Storage: Please note that we cannot offer luggage storage services before check-in or after check-out.

Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies for your first day. Please note that washcloths are not included.
