Sol Salty Beach House is a new luxurious 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom home located within an all new private community called Summer Salt in Orange Beach, AL. Perfect for a family beach vacation, this beautiful private home will meet all your needs and can comfortably accommodate 10 adults. The house is located within a 1 minute drive (0.6 miles) to the nearest public beach access.
There are 3 parking spaces in the carport at ground level, along with an outdoor shower and picnic table area.
Upon entering the second level you will find an open concept living/dining space perfect for prepping meals and enjoying time with family and friends. The cozy living room includes a 55" Smart TV and comfy sofa with queen size sleeper bed. The luxurious kitchen includes Quartz countertops, Shaker Cabinets, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, 5 burner gas stove, apron front sink, dishwasher and island with seating for 3 people. Not to mention the cute little coffee/cocktail bar. Also in the kitchen you will find the laundry room. Down the living room hallway is a full bathroom with walk-in shower. From the living room, open the French doors and step out onto your covered patio complete with outdoor furniture so you can relax and soak in the beauty of Gulf State Park Wetlands right behind the house.
All bedrooms are on the third level and with each having their own ensuite bathroom.
