Lake St. Moritz and the athletics track are only a 5-minute walk away and the Signal cable car to the Corviglia ski area is also 10-minutes by foot. Limited number of outdoor parking spaces (for 1 car, not reserved) belonging to the flat.

Friendly apartment on the 5th floor. About 40 m2. Living- /diningroom with pull-out beds. Small kitchen without dishwasher. South facing balcony. Bathroom/shower, WC, Lift.
