Host was responsive. The check in process was seamless. The property felt well maintained and safe. The surrounding area as well felt very safe, tons of people out walking from place to place. The condo itself was very clean. Furnishing were updated and in good shape. Has everything you'd need. We sat on the balcony mostly enjoying the weather and views. King bed was very comfortable. One thing my wife brought up. The condo is very bright in thr daytime from the large windows, but that doesnt make its way into thr bathrooms. She wished the bathrooms had better lighting for getting ready. But its a minor thing. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

The unit itself was great. It was well equipped. The facility itself was fine. It was elevator and valet parking that were extremely challenging. There are not enough working elevators for the amount of people. This unit is located on Hallandale beach not Hollywood. The towels situation was awful. They gave 4 bath towels and 1 hand towel and 1 facecloth for 4 adults and an infant. No dish towels were provided. We inquired about more and were told they were out. We waited over 30 minutes for an elevator and finally gave up and went to our room. The room was nicely decorated and well equipped but the floors really needed a good scrub. We knew the parking fees and resort fees in advanced but they charged 5 for every package delivered. They don’t deliver to the room. They also deactivate your wrist band at 9am so you can’t get back into the room. I feel bad for the owners because the units are nice but the management of the hotel are not up to par.

A Beautiful 21st Birthday Getaway with My Daughters!

I booked this trip to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. It was a special mommy and me vacation, and everything about our stay made it memorable in the best way.From the beginning, Alan made the booking process seamless—he was responsive, professional, and kind, answering all my questions quickly. Even though check-in wasn’t until 4 PM, we arrived early and were graciously given wristbands so we could head straight to the beach while our luggage was held. That thoughtful gesture set the tone for the rest of our stay.The condo was absolutely beautiful—clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. One of our favorite features was the balcony access from every room—perfect for watching the sunset and enjoying girl time. The two large bathrooms made it easy to get ready for birthday dinners, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook, relax, and share meals together like home, but better. We bought groceries from Walmart, which is only down the road.If you’re looking for a place that’s peaceful, family-friendly, and celebration-worthy—this is it. We made sweet memories here that we’ll always cherish. I would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a special, relaxing escape.

Had issues with cleaning. The room was not ready by check in even when I checked in early and then went back at correct time of check in. Arrived at the room and sheets were full of sand and laundry was going. The freezer was full of crumbs. The showers weren’t clean and had soap scum in them. There isn’t supplied toilet paper, ice, cleaning products, paper towels so prepare to buy your own. Supplied pans, dishwasher, and laundry detergent. The owner was really nice and very helpful.

We always try to be thoughtful when leaving reviews, but unfortunately our stay fell short in a few key areas.The biggest concern was cleanliness. We noticed several stains on the white linens, and it appeared that surfaces like the counters and table hadn’t been properly wiped down, as there were visible drink rings. That made the space feel less cared for than expected.The overall atmosphere also leaned more toward a hotel feel rather than the comfortable, homey vibe we typically look for in a VRBO.Another challenge was the elevator situation. Wait times were consistently long, and we often found ourselves taking the stairs instead. It seemed like the building could benefit from more usable elevators to accommodate the number of units.That said, there were definitely some positives. The balcony was our favorite part, offering beautiful views and the relaxing sound of the ocean. We also appreciated how convenient it was to access both the pool and the beach within a short walk.With some improvements to cleanliness and building logistics, this could be a much more enjoyable stay.

The front desk was rude and did not explain policy or property grounds well upon check in. We were also not made aware that we could not access the pool on our final day after checkout without having purchased a day pass, which was a bit expensive for the small amount of time we had to pass between checkout and leaving for th airport. One bed also needs to be replaced as it sinks down in the middle
