The condo location is great! Middle of summer is not high tourist time there, so it was nice to not be on a crowded beach. Pros: 1. Good location2. Great communication with host3. Super clear waters…snorkeled out to the bouy every day…saw a sting ray, spotted eagle ray, puffer fish, and many different types of fish4. Condo was fairly quiet for the most part. 5. Balcony is big and we enjoyed the view at night. 6. Great firework put on by condo building. Cons:1. We’re from small town, USA…so we’re not used to smelling weed as often as we did.2. Bathrooms are very small in the condo. Not a huge deal for us, especially since there were 2 of them…but it was hard to have more than one person in there at a time. Would I stay here again? Yes. But did I love it so much that I would seek out this specific condo if I ever come to southern FL again? No.

Perfect Location

Ocean Manor was the perfect spot for our family who wanted beach access and a close proximity to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were spacious and clean and the balcony was enormous. Perfect for morning coffee and taking in the ocean. The Winn Dixie and Dunkin Donuts nearby were also super beneficial. During the day we popped down to the beach, ate and drank at the Tiki Bar, and then at night either walked down to Lauderdale-by-the-sea, or took the Circuit transport. We also Ubered easily out to Las Olas for shopping and sightseeing. Great accommodations for a fun and relaxing stay. Christina was helpful with any questions, but the condo is stocked with everything we needed, so we really didn’t have much to ask about.

Not impressed with kitchen. Very small and appliances old. Said there was a keurig but after finding it found it was broke. Also, bathrooms are very small and need updating. Only had 2(I think) washcloths upon arrival for 4 residents that were staying 3 nights. Did contact Christine and she responded next morning. Said they would supply more. We did get more later that day. Master bedroom has a very worn mattress and needs replacing. However, the overall resort was nice, check in was easy and balcony was awesome. Mostly this condo just needs updating

Great place to stay with fabulous views and food at the Tike bar. Water in the pool was a bit too warm for cooling off. Finally after 5 days of requests, the water started to be cool and refreshing. Entire condo was great but could really use a deep cleaning. The manager we dealt with was very accommodating to our questions and awesome. Will definitely rent this condo next year. It will be our 3rd year in this particular condo. We all had a fantastic time and experience staying here!!

disappointing

The location was great, the view from the balcony was great, the beach was great. The unit needs to be updated...sagging mattress in master bedroom, red towels had an odor, red sheets were pitted . Paint and updated furniture would do this place a world of good. We had a great time but would not rent this particular unit again.

Can't beat the location.

The property is beautiful. It overlooked the pool and the beach. The tiki bar had awesome food, wonderful people.. We were not used to streaming tv so that was a little difficult, no big deal. The description said they were 2 umbrellas. There was one it was broken, but Christina, was taking care of that. But all in all, we had a fabulous time.

The property is wonderful. The condo itself is nicely set up with a bedroom and bathroom on each side. The balcony is amazing. The one thing lacking is the bedding. The sheets and pillowcases are of low quality and worn. They are not cotton. It was uncomfortable sleeping in them. This would be an easy fix.

This property is right on the beach. We loved it. The property had everything you needed for time on the beach and the view was amazing. We watch the Sun come up every morning.

The overall property was good, we really enjoyed the balcony. But we did run out of toilet paper, I had to go buy some. The cable on the TV kept going out also. It would say signal not available

We love Fort Lauderdale and have been searching for a long time to find a condo building that suited our lifestyle.

We fell in love with this building because of its fantastic location. Right on the beach :) and the idea it is a condo hotel. Since the property is a condo hotel we can rent it out on a weekly basis and it does not sit empty while we are too busy to come for a holiday. We love the idea that we can share our place to relax with our guest when we are not here.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The condo is located on the Galt Ocean Mile which is directly on the beach. There is not a road or any obstruction between you and the & ocean. The beach & ocean is just a short elevator ride down to the ground floor and a few step away. In addition to having beach right at your feet, if you are not into swimming in the ocean there is a wonderful heated pool with a Tiki bar.
There is a grocery store, lots of restaurants, CVS, liquor store and much much more all within a short walk. If you don't want to rent a car you can still easily enjoy your stay without a car.
