What a wonderful home! The setting is idyllic and the home warm and comfortable. The owners live next door and were welcoming and informative. Beds comfy, dishes plentiful and you really are just steps from the water. Couldn’t have been nicer!

Visit back to childhood beach

Susan's place was perfect for my family to visit the neighborhood where I grew up! It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It's also a few steps from the beach and the amenities GNB has to offer.

Peaceful shore house

We so enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful & well supplied. The neighborhood is lovely. A backyard with expansive deck is picturesque and provides a view of the water. We could not have asked for a more comfortable place to stay.

Great Stay

Perfect spot for the family to stay. We visited Mystic , Niantic, and New London for a Coast Guard reunion. Host was accessible and had everything ready for us when we showed up. House comfortably slept 4 adults and two children and 1 infant.

Beautiful home

We had an amazing time staying at this home. The house was just perfect for us beautiful, very clean, had everything we need it. very close to the beach, perfect neighborhood to go for walks and for children to enjoy. The host were very nice, friendly and ready to help with anything. We Love this property and will definitely coming back!

Heaven on earth!

Cannot say enough good things about our stay here at 7 South Lee in Niantic, CT (Giants Neck Beach). Super easy to communicate with the wonderful host, very responsive. The house itself is lovely and beautifully appointed. Loved the fresh flowers, beautiful linens and towels, the decor - must perfect. The views of the water are wonderful and it's a very quick walk to the private beach. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Just perfect!

FABULOUS!!

Lovely long weekend w/ long-time girlfriends. House was perfect. Clean, cute and perfectly appointed. Fresh flowers, fluffy towels and comfy beds. 30 second walk to the beach. Lots of windows and light. The owners were great to deal with and came over to answer a few questions we had upon arrival. We would stay here again and again!!!

Peaceful and cozy

We had a lovely stay at this cozy, peaceful, tastefully decorated house. The hosts were very friendly and quickly responded to an issue caused by cold weather. They ensured the house was toasty warm when we arrived on a very cold day. The house is full of natural light and has everything you need. We enjoyed the views of the water and nearby beach walk.

Great location and great house

We stayed at this house over a long weekend in September and really enjoyed our trip, house is conveniently located - a block from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, w/ a short drive to Niantic and the surrounding towns. House was super clean, and pretty comfy, lots of sunlight coming in. Owners were very accommodating, left a crib high chairs and some toys for our 2 year old. We struggled to turn the heat on and they were here within minutes to assist us. Highly recommended. Thanks again Susan for a great stay!

Fantastic getaway spot

The house and location were fantastic. The house was spotless, well stocked (pans, silverware, etc.) with everything you would need in the kitchen. The beds were comfy (and I am picky.) Plenty of space in the main floor living areas. Lots of light throughout. The deck was wonderful, with water view and plenty of shade. We walked around the neighborhood each morning and evening, everyone we saw was friendly, saying hello. The beach is a 30 second walk away, and they have beach chairs and an umbrella to use. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Rent it, you will not be sorry. (And the hosts are delightful.)
