The Lemonade

This condo was perfect for our two families of four! The building had all the amenities we needed after long beach and pool days and close to all the extras including Pier park shopping and Wongo Go Karts (our kids fav)! Highly recommend!

Perfect Condo

This condo offered everything we needed for our stay at PCB! The location on the 2nd floor was perfect for using the sky bridge, the special elevator for only floors 1-3, and getting down to the pools/beach. The owners have taken great care in choosing all furnishings--comfy beds, comfy patio furniture, nice appliances. They have thought about every detail and were easy to communicate with! Would stay here again!

Perfect location!

This property is located near Pier Park, Walmart and Shuckums is right across the street. The condo is beautifully decorated and we had quick response by owners about an issue with the A/C. I was very surprised they let us bring our own cooler to the pool since it has a bar and grill right next to it. We’ve stayed many places where you were not allowed to do this. The balcony is small but has very comfy furniture. I enjoyed laying out there reading a book and listening to the waves. Our family enjoyed staying here.

Wonderful week at the beach!

We arrived at Aqua 207 and absolutely fell in love! The condo was just as the pictures showed and the unit was in immaculate condition! The beds were super soft and cozy and our boys loved the bunk beds!! The beach is just steps away and we enjoyed the Aqua mart, heated pool, outdoor pool and everything Aqua had to offer! The Reese’s were so accommodating and assisted us with a last minute request. We will definitely be back as this unit was perfect for us in so many ways! Thank you!

Baseball at the Beach

For Christmas we decided to splurge and find the perfect ocean front condo with the best amenities. We loved the Lemonade! It was pretty much perfect and beautifully decorated. Our BIG disappointment was that the pools were all closed! We understand that work has to be done on pools but maybe it would be best to schedule that when school is in session. There were lots of disappointed kiddos staying at the Aqua.

Best Stay in PCB

I cannot say enough about this property, resort or owners. Everything was too notch and the attention to details is unheard of in a rental property. We have never felt so at home in a rental property. The decorations and details inside the condo, went above and beyond the expected. Coffee and water for our arrival and welcoming notes from the owner. Plush furniture, sheets, towels and patio. I cannot name one thing that wasn’t 5 stars. The amenities of the property were also top notch. Everything was clean and spacious. Including beach service with our week was amazing and we never struggled to find pool chairs. The location was the best. Walkable to fun spots and shopping, a quiet beach front, and great restaurants, bars and shops across the street. It was surprisingly quiet given its location on the main drag. The second floor with its designated elevator and balcony over the pool was perfect for my elderly mother. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. I felt like they really cared that we weren’t just satisfied, but that we really enjoyed ourselves. We loved everything about our week at Aqua 207.

Staying at "Lemonade" was an absolute JOY!

From the moment we walked in we LOVED the Lemonade condo. The decor was whimsical and inviting and the VIEW was outstanding. The balcony was furnished so comfortably and we spent many mornings/evenings there watching the beautiful ocean under the cozy throw blankets provided. The beds/linens were like sleeping on clouds, which led to a very restful vacation. There were five of us staying at the condo and it felt plenty spacious for each of us to have our own space. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed (including cooking pots/pans and even a blender- a vacation must!) The location was so convenient with shops and restaurants within walking or a short drive distance, not to mention the BEACH was literally steps away. We love the chairs/umbrella service and also the fun activities available for rent right in front of our condo. When we had a question during our stay we messaged the owner with a response in less than 5 minutes! We will definitely be coming back to Lemonade again and again. Very highly recommend!!

Aqua 207 was exceptional, exactly as the pictures depicted!!! Everything about this unit was top notch. Great attention to detail with the decor in each room! The second floor was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the views from the spacious beautifully furnished balcony which accommodated all eight of us. Quick, easy access to the beach, pool and parking deck. We all slept well each night on the very comfortable king size beds. The pull out sofa was perfect and easy to set up each night. The bathrooms were large and well stocked with fresh very clean towels and extra linens. Large kitchen area with everything you need including a great cookbook I enjoyed! The kids played the games each night before bed. The owners go above and beyond with all of the extra personal touches! This unit was spotless, very quite and absolutely perfect! The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. First class accommodations we highly recommend!!! Hoping to be back next year.

Beautiful Clean Rental

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay in this beautiful space. The condo was clean and the beds were amazing! We vacation and rent properties regularly and it’s rare that my husband and I find beds that sleep as well as our own! In my opinion, the only thing that could be improved would be better supply of true every day household necessities. Yes, I know it clearly states what is and what is not provided. Just know that there will be NOTHING there that is not listed in the description. No coffee filters, no garbage bags, only 1 dish cloth and dish towel, not even pepper (I did find salt). All in all, I highly recommend this property and we hope to stay again!

What a perfect escape from the city!

The two weeks were great, went by fast, and we would love more! I forgot all about traffic and work while in this clean and convenient condo. The weather was amazing, and the ocean was calm and clear beyond belief. Simply put, it was perfect and we had a blast. We were able to get out to the beach and back in without needing the elevators. It was like a private home on the beach. The amenities at Aqua were great too. I loved the beach and walking out on the pier, the kids loved the pools and watching the karaoke singers at Shuckem's across the street, and my wife REALLY loved the new appliances and the updated finishes and decor. Oh...and the Jeep parade down the beach was unexpected fun to take in as well. Thanks to Warren Beach Rentals for making our stay one of the favorites of all time!

Beautifully decorated, immaculate condo with stunning views!!

Condo is gorgeous...just as the pictures! Love the Lemonade theme! The location was perfect for us.... easy access to the beach to and from the unit. We had a peaceful, relaxing stay - the condo was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Warren Beach Rentals was excellent to work with, and the condo was very clean and well appointed. We were within walking distance to many restaurants which we enjoyed, and the kitchen was fully equipped for the times that we chose to cook. Our favorite part of the stay was sitting on the terrace watching the sunsets in the evenings. We cannot wait to come back to PCB and stay in Aqua 207 again!

NICE.. low floor in a Great Resort

loved not having to deal with elevators. pools were never really crowded, the water and sand were perfect all week. Very nice. comfortable.

Our Boho chic condo is professionally decorated and well maintained. It is our home away from home, so we are constantly updating and refreshing the space to make it the best it can be. Our favorite spot in the condo is our terrace where we enjoy watching dolphins play as we take in the sights and sounds of the gulf. Sunsets in PCB are the best! They are breathtaking!
